Today I did 5 mins bundled stretches followed by 3 sets newbie stretches,600 jelqs,5 mins ssj 5 mins width compressions.maybe I'll strap on the extender for a.couple of hours. I'm seeing great positive indicators: longer and fuller flaccid hangs and fuller erecyions and I'm more horny than usual haha
 
hit a bit of a rough patch now..... idk things will get better soon I hope. anyways, still trying to focus on my routine and gaining. I'm getting much better looking erections now, and much better flaccid hangs. will measure my bpfsl again in a week to see the progress.
 
wearing the extender on max for a couple of hours today,thats the only PE I'm mentally able to do atm

Pumped for a bit this morning,now hanging 10 kg for 15 mins,followed by 3 sets of newbie stretches and 2 sets of 300 jelqs, 5 mins ssj, 5 mins width compressions, extender for 1 hour on max tension the call it a day :)
 
Today is a "hands-free" day because me hands and shoulders are very sore from the gym session today.So, hanging 10 kg for 15 mins then 12 for another 15 mins followed by some wet pumping until I'm bored and maybe put on the extender for some time. If I'm able to hang 12 kg it will be a new pr for me
Update: just started 12 kg now,feels light maybe I should add more weight lol

Excellent days work and all hands free! If you feel like 12 KG is light I would go much higher. I believe gains with hanging happen at the point of the highest intensity. And from there the healing of such can follow the progression downward in weight or you can simply use an ADS like the SiliStretcher to keep yourself elongated at a moderate tension to heal.
