little update: Have decided to take a measurement today to see where I am at currently and if I have enough time,I will start day 1 of the routine I made

Mike I got your email and I’m gonna look at it today and give you my review. I’ve been running around and I haven’t had time to look at yet.

I think DLD should be on the US equivalent of celebrity big brother, or I'm a celebrity get me out of here :) he IS a celebrity surely????
 
I'm back,its been a while. Life gets in the way I'm sure all of you know that. Currently I'm a bit too busy to do anything other than focusing on school but sometimes I pump with warm water,easy,beneficial and enjoyable. everyday I pump I like it even more. might consider getting the next size up tube because this one gets full too fast

A size up sounds good! You did cement some gains, I assume?
