I will,but the problem is that I hardly get any privacy,so all I can do is sneaking in some stretches and jelqs in the bathroom lol

Hanging with little time may not be very productive, in most cases men train 3-4 sets a day for 20 minutes per set. I hope you have enough privacy to get that in.

unfortunately at the moment,ni I don't have enough privacy,but in a month or so,I will,thats when I plan to really attack it hahaha

wrote a signature to keep track of everything, new measurements will be taken every couple of months,but I measured my BPFSL to see if the new routine is working,and it is, I gained what I lost in the rest period I had,so thats good. Time for new gains to reach the short term goal,hopefully within a year.

Great addition, I always look at signatures for gains. I am happy how serious you are taking this!

have I ever mentioned how much I love hanging? that shit is the best. in three sessions I added more BPFSL! its not much,around 0.5 cm but come on,that much in 3 sessions is good!

Its been a mnth since i started whit hanging n its been great, i think i have gained BPEL,want to wait till next month to see if i get nbpel gains:cool: but yeah i think hanging works:)

If only... Kegels work out the pelvic floor muscles and unfortunately do not help with the fat pad, the only thing that does is reducing the bmi so exercise and diet
