Not always the case sadly. Some men, just like some women, can have issues where no matter how much weight they lose or how much they exercise they do but the fat pad remains. The fat pad can be a huge frustration for those who have done everything they can to eliminate it. To these men the frustration is increased as they make gains that just do not show, how angry this can make one! In this case, if finances allow, liposuction may be the only thing that will work. Pubic are will cost about $1000-$1500 and is not covered by insurance in most case (unless it cases micro-penis due to the depth of the pad, making sex impossible). I rarely give surgical advice but in these cases, is there another option aside of acceptance? Anyway, I hope and pray most men can deal with the pad with exercise and diet but those who can't, start saving up.

Exactly, The pelvic fat bad can be something genetic and not always something that can be lost. It can be incredibly frustrating loosing weight and not seeing it change but knowing that the body pulls from abdominal fat last is good to know as if you can stress your body it will pull from there as that is your body's natural energy storage. Lipo is one option there is also coldsculpting. This is something i did pull from a article it may help some as well.

I find it hard to agree with you guys,the fatpad,is just like any other fat in the body. sure it can be stubborn but its not impossible to lose it.gotta work heard enough and surgery is not the solution,otherwise non of us would be here

I didn't mean to sound like it wouldn't be possible just saying there are those that a genetically predisposed to store fat in the pelvic region rather than just there stomach those type of people (although few as it effects women more than men) would struggle to get rid of it even at a bmi of 15%
 
well back in the day i was skinny as fuck n didnt have that shitty fat pad now i have gained some weight most of the weight gets on the belly and the pubic are hips etc

theres like half an inch maybe more hidden if i get rid of that fat pad id be happy as hell lol. if it doesnt work im going to continue the way im doing my exercising..besides i ahve prove to myself i can gain..

Yes, I have lost much weight and my fat pad is much less. I am still stuck with a stubborn 10 pounds but most muscle is showing. I started to diet again this week. I still owe the Brotherhood all the pictures of my progress, so happy I kept them, the difference is amazing.
 
I increased the hanging weight by 2 pounds. after yesterday's session, I was tempted to measure my BPFSL,and I swear I saw 8 inches, I don't know if thats the after-effect of hanging or something but if its true,it would be super cool! well on my way to reach my goals

haven't wrote an update in a while. As I am currently busy with my examinations,I am unable to focus on my routine, but as to not drop everything,I pump and jelq in the shower. today I tried ball pumping for the first time, moderate pressure for 5 mins. I gotta say,in the beginning,it hurt. but after the first minute,it started to feel good and pleasureable, and after 5 minutes,they were harder and a tad larger. I think I'm gonna go forward with this and add it to my routine. I also did something I consider smart,instead of air pumping my balls,I water pumped,and stood up while doing it, that way,the weight of the water would pull my scrotum downwards in a vacuum hanger-esque type of deal. I'll try this lets say for a month and see if I get bigger,lower hanging balls.
 
Awesome that you are testing this, please keep it up so we can get conclusive results on this.
 
Update on ball pumping: so far,I have notices that my scrotum is looser now and balls are starting to hang lower. The testicles themselves seem visually larger, a bit smaller than chicken eggs.
regarding everything else,I have been super busy with my exams still,but I pump and jelq every time I shower. exams are over next Tuesday,after that,the plan is an all out attack,10 hours of hanging a week,lenght work (which I was hoping to do with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words] I won but there isn't any update on that till now) and girth. I will try my best to reach 8.5 in length and add on what I can in length during the period of my summer vacation (3 months) I can't wait till I finish so I can get back into it

Measure the testical's! This is so important as no one has recorded these gains yet. Lower hanging and looser sack is the easy part, the actual ball growth is what we need data on.
