I'm really digging this stretch more then ever now. I always do several bundles straight up first thing in the morning, throughout the day when in the bathroom. Its one of the most effective lengthening methods you could ever wish for!

I got pain in my shaft doing bundled stretching yesterday. Remember when I had to take off a few days because of the intense bundled stretching I was doing Before I started hanging?

I think I can do bundled up to a certain twist, if I try to twist my dick more than 360 degrees, I get pain in my shaft... I don’t know if that’s good or not LOL.

When I first started bundled stretching, I could really do like 1.5 twist, even more sometimes but it looks like my tunica has hardened up and I cannot go all the way anymore, even when I ease into it.

Due to nofap and semen retention and kegel training I have trouble with staying flaccid... So strapping in the Lengthmaster is a bit of a hassle, and now that I think about it, I know where my pain is coming from...

I stay erect in the lengthmaster, the whole damn 10 minutes while stretching and I think erect stretching in the lengthmaster has caused my shaft pain.

I cannot stay flaccid due to my kegels training, and i’m on medication to increase my natural testosterone levels...

My erection quality and frequency is increasing, while this is a good thing, it gives me troubles with lengthmaster stretching because I stay erect during the whole training...

Erect bundles stretching causes shaft pain so I wouldn’t recommend that, or maybe I have to experiment and twist up to a certain treshold.
 
Take a few days off if you feel that you may have strained things a bit. Don’t obsess with getting in lots of twists when you bundle, you only bundle to the point that’s comfortable for you to stretch. Staying erect through length work can be frustrating my advice is to do your length work after you have sex when you’re refractory period is at its peak.

Yea I have to ease into it, the only thing that really makes me flaccid is hanging.... My dick cannot fight against that kind of exercise. I hung 3.5 hours last night and then I got depressed and I was on the verge of quitting all this stuff and becoming a monk, but luckily I have slept a bit and now I feel better and I will continue my hanging sets.

LOL I am a monk.? You’re so much stronger than your depression, take charge my brother and put depression where belongs in the past.
 
Didn't DLD disprove the LOT theory?

Yup! If lot was correct I never would’ve made the gains I made. It took a while for me to figure this out but I always did downward stretching and I continued to gain way beyond what LOT was supposed to prove. I say play it safe I hit every single angle possible this will you make growth from every angle!
 
DLD Bundle Stretches change your LOT: No Joke/ This may be HUGE

I have just stumbled on one of the coolest discoveries. You can temporarily change your LOT by doing Bundled stretches. I started to mess with this yesterday. When in a fairly tight Bundle my LOT is visible at almost every level! What does this mean? It could mean the world for those who have low LOTS. I did strictly LIG stretching yesterday in a tight Bundle and my LIGS were screaming up until this morning. I just went to the bathroom and tested my LOT again Bundled and I can get tugback at EVERY increment. If this is the case then this could mean additional LIG stretch we never thought possible.

Is this lot theory still flying? I rarely see people talking about it on the forum.
 
Ok. I have done this with a device like the Jes extender but the device without springs for tension. So I would wrap a small bandage around my outer skin just under the glands. I strap the silicone tube then attach to the part your glands rest on. That’s around the bandage below the gland over the skin. Then I twist the penis several times then slide it on to the two bars on each side, then start turning to push the penis forward. You’ll be surprised how far you can streach even when you have twisted the penis several times. Then I would stretch to the right, left, downwards, upwards for several min each way. You can even stretch behind the butt and while lying back ( dangerous so be very careful ) I don’t know how heavy you are ) and while lying back I will do kegals.

Am a bit like DLD. Like to go hard and all the way 😀. I did this three times a week so there was healing in between. WARNING: If you try this please be careful. You don’t have to go to hard. You could just twist once and you should be safe. I wouldn’t want anyone to get injured. Just play it safe and you should be fine. I’ve just been using sillistreacher now. Getting 12 hours a day and happy. I check every 4 hours to see if all ok. Good to have a device that doesn’t annoy you every hour like the Jes extender. I put up with it for 6 months. Actually had it sitting in my draw for the last 15 years. Gave up on it because it was annoying then I found this site and decided to start stretching again. LOT, or Loss of Tugback, or medical term is ligamentary oblongation, is a method to stretch your ligaments and base muscles that support your penis to the point of exceeding their capacity to maintain support to gain 0.5in to 2.5in worth of penile length. This practically destroys your suspensory ligments and cause your penis to just droop. The outcome of it is the the penis hanging low, even in its shrunken flaccid state. The reason why it's not looked up on, or deemed worthless, is because of the result where the penis cannot stand straight up, straight out, or support itself during sexual arousal. It has a higher chance for penile fragmentation or fracture during intense sexual activities because the suspensory ligments cannot hold the penis in place.

Ah yes. The fun of passively stretching. We've done this a few times too. I believe the method also have a glans strapping method just using the JES penile head holder and thicker 2in straps connected to the weight system. I also done this in the past for fun while playing games for watching TV. Pretty intense sessions.

Ah okay. Is this one of the surgeries people perform, cut that supportive ligament or whatever and then the penis hangs lower?

No, that would be a cut of your ligament. But surgery may helpful if the doctor sees if it's necessary.
