does it constantly need new parts? if they kept breaking then yes. but so far it seems of decently sturdy construction. I know some people have made mods to theirs to better their personal use of it. i think most of them were to improve comfort...not because parts were breaking or not good enough...just found a way to make it better for themselves.

I went high tension for about an hour and got some fluid on the top of my glans so reduced to medium and it went away. i wore at the gym for my workout and while working with clients. no issues. putting it on will take some perfecting but it was difficult.
i plan continue to use it and figure it out more then make videos. once i have all my videos made i will upload them all at once to a new thread so the videos will all be at the beginning of the thread and not mixed in with peoples comments. I have already shot the opening of the package.
