I started Penis Enlargement about 6 months ago when I purchased a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I wasn't ever really displeased with the size of my penis, but I just never "looked" right in the mirror. I've got larger than normal balls and I'm a fairly big guy. 5' 8 1/2" at about 220 lbs, so I just looked disproportionate. Besides, who doesn't want a little extra down there?

My beginning stats erect were BPenis EnlargementL 6 3/4" and EG 4 1/2". I've taken big breaks over the 6 months so I've really only actively done Penis Enlargement for about 2 months. But, now I'm here with a vengeance. Time and limited funds will be the only thing that slow me down.

Mostly I perform at night because I just don't have time in the morning. Now if getting up in the morning and performing any exercises would help me along I'd be more than willing to do it. Isn't it funny how Penis Enlargement can really motivate lifestyle change? My current routing exists of this. 15-20 minutes of light to heavy stretches once I've warmed up a bit. I do other stretches but I prefer the A stretch because I can really feel it in my ligs and it just seems to work best for me. Once I'm sufficiently warmed up I go into the bath and use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I recently started DLDs [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches. I actually kind of discovered this on my own but I used to only do "reps" with no significant holding time. Now I'm doing the 30 second stretches, thanks DLD! By the time I'm done I always "pack" the tube and get up to about 180 inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I usually end up spending 30-40 minutes inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and this is about double the time I used to, it's just much more comfortable than it used to be. I do get the "rings" at the base most of the time. Sometimes they are painful but I've learned a way to manage the discomfort. It's likely time for me to graduate to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. After I exit the bath I do 300 wet jelqs and I'm done. I want to modify my Penis Enlargement routines more I just currently don't have the money to do so. I would like to add that since I've started my EQ is way better and my sensitivity is much higher. Penis Enlargement has changed the way I have orgasms. Additionally I'll be doing crossfit to increase my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words]. I'll agree with Kingsnake that doing high intensity cardio works wonders for the blood flow in the body, plus you just feel amazing.

The girth I gained quick, things have slowed but with the addition of the hardcore stretches maybe this will change. Here's the reason I only want to be at my goals. I'm in a very committed relationship and my girl is very tiny. I'll be happy getting at that. I'm still actively reading the forums and I will post my gains in another month. Would anyone have any girth advice for me? I'm not really having any issues gaining length and believe I'm on the right path. I'm certain I'll hit my length goal before the girth. I'm just a tad worried I'll be longer than I really want to by the time I hit my girth goal. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've noticed increased sensitivity in my foreskin and glans since I started the hardcore stretches, is this a typical result?

Just thought I would post an update, still haven't measured length but since I started doing the hardcore stretches I've noticed significant increases in hang and girth. Significant to me is something I can see without measuring. Not much more in the area of noticeable length erect or stretched but flaccid and girth, yes. Looks like they are working. I'm excited to see it and I'll be measuring in the near future. Thanks for your all the time you've invested DLD, Penis Enlargement wouldn't be what it is without you, at least effective Penis Enlargement wouldn't be. You're the best.

I stopped jelqing almost completely for now. I was doing it after a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. It actually almost eliminates the fluid retention which is nice but it also pushes the blood back out of the penis, at least I'm not staying swollen after. I'm just doing enough to get rid of "some" of the fluid retention but is it best for me to leave my penis engorged from pumping? Until I do a session again the next day I'm swollen, even while flaccid. Of course it's greatly reduced by mid afternoon but overnight when I get erect I'm as large as I'd like to be when I hit my goal. Just wondering about your thoughts on what to do post [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. I remember I got my most noticeable growth from my original use with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I am however still doing some newbie stretches, just not as many as in your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. My glans actually becomes sore after the stretches because of the blood that is forced to the surface, breaking those small capillaries. I have to have a rather tight grip or otherwise my hand slips off and I can't hold the stretch the full 30 seconds. I'll eventually work up to more "sets". I measured tonight, a bit earlier than I had wanted to hold out to but I just looked bigger and I was very curious. Alas, disappointment. I've gained zero length and no girth up the shaft at all. I did however gain considerably at the base. I measured in at 5 1/4" at the base and I was an even 5" before. While this gain is incredible I'm not satisfied. I want it up the shaft not just in the base. I do know however this means I've grown and quite possibly primed for growth now. I attribute this great difference in my base measurement to your hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches DLD. This is the only significant change I've made in my routine, so it has to be the difference. I wish I would have gained anything in my mid-shaft to top-shaft girth at all though. Hell, even a tiny bit over 5" would have been an improvement and given me satisfaction I was doing it right. One thing I did tonight different is I held the hardcore stretches for 45 seconds instead of 30. My penis feels fatigued and it hurts. Not a painful hurt, but I can tell I did something. Usually, it's just swollen but no soreness really other than the skin.

Give it time man :) try not to be over zealous with your measuring. As you will know you probably feel and see many other improvements. Being able to stick to your routine for lengthy periods will get you results and i believe jelqing is a fairly important foundation to build from. When i first joined up i went hardcore for a few weeks and then i wasnt really seeing results, so i kinda half assedly did it as a habbit, like 10 minutes here and there couple times a week over the last 2 years and when i measured i had gained 1/2" length and .25" girth mind you i was mainly stretching and rarely squashing or compressing. So now im convinced this stuff works im determined to give it 100% for the next year and see what i end up with. none of this half ass crap ;)
 
Haven't measured again yet, going to wait a while on that. I recently purchased an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and am patiently awaiting it in the mail. Unfortunately I live at an APO so I had to have it sent to a residence in the states then over here to my P.O. box. Now with training. I began alternating DLDs girth routine with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to my old routine of stretch, pump, then jelq. I look thicker but will pass on measuring until I'm about a month in on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I do however have this mean looking vein on the right side of my penis now. It used to be hardly noticeable and now it's just angry! Can't hurt to have the increased capacity for bloodflow not to mention my girl says its sexy and manly to have a veiny penis. Lucky me! I dont want to have an ugly dick so I'm wondering if the skin will tighten back up and what I should do about it. Also, just to add I know the penis changes in flaccid state so when it's more full this isn't a problem. Any ideas?

The loose skin is a necessary part of Penis Enlargement. One of the first things that will stretch is the skin but as you gain in tissue expansion the extra, necessary room will be filled in.
 
Thanks DLD, I was worried I'd have an ugly dick. As I get erect, the skin tightens up a lot. However, my flaccid hang just varies from day to day. Sometimes I look big, sometimes I look like a little boy. Go figure.......
 
Well I got my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] about two weeks ago. Some observations. At first it was difficult to figure out EXACTLY how to use it because it came sans instructions. So I just experimented until I figured it out. Finally got the right combo of extensions to use and it's much more comfortable to use. This isn't very "wide" though. I can see if my girth gets well over 5 1/2 it's going to be possibly uncomfortable. Additionally I have to cinch the head clamp down pretty good to keep me in it. I can't wear it too long because I notice that the head starts to get cold because of lack of really good circulation. At first this concerned me because I don't want to cause any damage to my nerves by not feeding any of the tissues as much oxygen as they need. But I've got it figured out now and I can comfortably wear it for at least an hour. At first I did notice some mild soreness where the foam donut goes around the top of my shaft just underneath the head. I do want to say though now after getting used to the device I believe this is going to be a very valuable asset to my Penis Enlargement routine. This last week I'm noticing VERY HARD erections when I masturbate. I have no idea if it's the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] but honestly it's as hard as my dick has ever been. Can't wait to be with my girl again. I've also been taking a new supplement from Maruman. It's a Japanese company and it has maca and something else but I really don't know what the second ingredient is, I didn't look too hard on their site though. I just know it says "Part 3" on the label. I haven't measured since the last time but I'm definitely getting thicker and the head has noticeably grown. I'll keep everyone posted and I'm going to take a measurement on 1 Dec. Length always seems to effect girth in a positive way. I noticed this big time when I hung weight, particularly at the base.
 
Another quick comment. I'm roughly two and a half weeks before I measure and I've noticed an improvement. My flaccid girth is 5" now. I'm very happy with that. No idea what the erect girth will be. I have also noticed I seem to have "more" foreskin and I believe this is a direct result of using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'm ok with it, its not ugly and to be honest it seems my surface area of sensitivity has increased, nothing wrong with that. Lastly, my head has grown considerably. It's not overly large, I would like to keep the head only slightly larger than the shaft. I'd also like to ask for some advice. I would like to modify my routine slightly to "expedite" the growth all the way up the shaft. My base has increased considerably and now with the head growing I might need to address the shaft a bit better. Below is my current routine.

5 minute warm up with hot washcloth wrap

I only stretch about 10 minutes with the following stretches. Straight down, left, right (both against my body), A stretch, and finally 25 rotary stretches. I hold all the stretches about 30 seconds each.

Get erect and enter the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'll get up to almost maximum volume pump then wait about five minutes. After this, I'm doing 50 kegels followed by a 45 second stretch with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (this is what I attribute my great base gain to). I'll do this four times, with a couple minutes in between each set of kegels/stretches.

I'll leave the bath and perform about ten minutes of jelqs from base to tip and intermittently squeeze under the head (I attribute my head gain to these) and I'm about 80-85 % erect the whole time. I also use baby oil gel with shea and cocoa butter as my lubricant. I found this works wonders for elasticity also. No more loose skin!!!!

Then I'll wear a cockring for about an hour underneath a heating pad. This feels great by the way, I love the heating pad.

I have the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] too, so I like to wear it about an hour a day when I get time. It's just uncomfortable to wear but I believe I have a solution to wearing it and solving head slippage.

So please fellas, if you have any advice I'd love to hear it. I also bought some clamps and am considering a shot at clamping. Thanks in advance!

Measured flaccid stretch two days ago. 7 3/4", and it was never that long in a stretched state before. Excited to see what my BPenis EnlargementL is on 1 Dec.
 
Measurement day! Ok so I was excited to finally measure because I can see the difference in my size. I'm a little confused because I lost a little in the girth department mid shaft (1/8) ....now only 4 7/8, eww that sounds so bad to be back in the 4s. However, my base girth has grown an 1/8, now 5 3/8 and you would think it would look funny but it looks completely natural. Now to the length..........WOW I gained a 1/4" bone pressed length, and this is in just what about a month and a half. I'm only 1/4 inch from my goal so I'm stoked there! But, I have a question, could the rapid growth have contributed to my loss of girth since my penis is longer? Anyway, I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing I think the girth will catch up and I've obviously hit the nail on the head when it comes to length. Thing is though......I'm not doing a ton of length work. If you read up some you'll see my current routine. Any suggestions? Thanks all!
