Titled 'The ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise' by Blue_Whale is a very popular and new exercise hitting the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums at the moment and can be found here.

I must say I love the ease of this, yet its effectiveness is just great saying its attack is so simple.

This got me thinking, how to make it more powerful but also with the option of being able to hold on longer with something helping to aid in this movement ... it came to me :) the Power Assist.

Tried this a few times to make sure it worked and was safe, my conclusion is that this will make gains for me in length that I bloody want!!!

Did 10 minutes of this exercise non-stop, i.e. the stretch was applied at high force in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for 10 mins without stopping and afterwards noticed my FSL was slightly over 1/2 longer!! This is amazing when you think about how hard I find it to make length gains.

Its temp and FSL but that will equal gains if this is applied regular and makes me very hopeful in its effectiveness.

The reverse kegel was applied during this movement aswell and made the exercise more intense, especially when you vacuum your stomach in as you reverse kegel:OLMAO

I have attached a very basic drawing of the exercise which just illustrates the
PA underneath the leg, so the positioning is correct ... than place your entire penis and testicles through the hole and start the movement as you would without the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words].

The difference now is that you dont need to push down on the dorsal with the hand as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is doing that for you and when you push the legs down and move the body upwards slightly it will increase the intensity like you never thought possible.

Do these with reverse kegels with the vacuum stomach applied, which will relax the area in the pelvic region plus the muscles surrounding the bulb of the penis, maeking it more effective.

I did these with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] two nights ago, today during my clamp session i was still sore as hell and i only did 10 minutes worth of work in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. Damn this could be good.
 
I get it. I think i was doing something similar at one point myself and you do gain "quick length" with it for sure. I took a 5lb weight and attacted a rope in the shape of a "U" to it. I hung that over the dorsal side and grabbed the head and pulled upward towards my belly button.

I got that dreaded blood drip from the tip from doing this, but I think that was because i was fully erect while doing so (a big no no in stretching I know) but as far as stretch and gains, chyeah. I couldnt cement them cuz I took two weeks of to heal the urethra, and got scared about doing it again.

Red, any thoughts?
P.s. I'm highly considering the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for purchase now.
 
Can some tell me if I am getting this exercise.You take the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and put it under your legs, then you take your penis and put it through the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] then pull it up towards your belly button. Would you do kegels during this exercise to help with length gains?
 
Avoid doing kegels, do reverse kegels if you must not the standard as that will restrain the ligaments from a full stretch.
 
Link to this exercise done manuelly is here and it looks like the bundled version is better, so try that if you use this variation in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for more intensity.
 
Yup I finally strated doing these about two nights ago. Last nite my woman was like oh my god that dick is soo big. One of the longest most intese orasms shes had. hehehe. In other words this exercise is money...
 
Well I did the regular Mandingo stretch bundled last week and I truly loved. After having red this article I finally decided to give it a try, so I did but I did it normal instead of bundled and I just simply didnt feel the same ype of intensity. So now I'm doing it bundled and I really feel it this way. Oh and yes this is with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words].
 
Its important that users try to do this exercise bundled eventually as the internal stretch to the tunica is awesome but if your new and fresh, start out without bundles to get a feel for the exericse and practice good form. I'm also going to draw a new illustration of the exercise in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and upload it here.
 
I have been doing the exercise for about 3 days now and i was wondering what is the accurate reps and sets should be done? i have been doing 12-30 second pulls?:(
 
Red, I have been trying to mimic this exercise with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Length Master[/words]. First of I dismount the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] obviously, and I put my dick in the hole. Then while stil standing up I put the hanging device on and twist it. I then put the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] BTC(which is a lot easier if you squat) and I sit on top of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] but with the hanging device still over the edge of the toilet seat. Now you might have som skin behind the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] and the hanging device, just pull your scrotum so their won't be any. At last place both hands on the hanging device and roll it backwards (towards you).

This hurts like hell on my dick, in a good way though. As I'm not that experienced I really can't tell what this is hitting, I'll leave that to you Red or anyone really, with a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words].
 
I tried it lastnight and found it was really good but I have to get the skin issue sorted out when I'm in the bundle, as you mention yourself.

Did you bundle? if you do that, let me know if you have issues in this exercise with the screws to the attachment poking you in the stomach, which is what I had.

Overall from my test of this exercise it went rather well but I will keep practicing on the bundles to makesure the skin is sorted out and the intensity is the right amount.

Once the attachment is setup correctly this will rock. I held the stretch in this exericse non-stop for 10 minutes bundled and could have gone longer but circulation issues prevented me and that was common sense not linked to the device, that wanted to keep going so the weak linke was the circulation.
 
I did bundle yes and without problems. If I understand your problem correctly, wouldn't it be solved if you'd just either add og give up on the last 180 degree twist so that the screws will be facing the ground before you're pulling it backwards. Or you could just put the hanging device on reversed to how you used to do it, again turning the screws away from your stomach?

Sorry if that wasn't the problem, but I'm having a hard time imagening it as I didn't have any problems.

Weird thing - The first time i used the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] I could do two 360 twists. Since then I somehow can only manage to do one. Nothing has changed really, so I can't figure out what the hell happened since? Maybe I was semi erect the first time, so there was more penis to bundle? :)

I did this exercise again last night and i tried doing a 180 twist more than I initially thought was impossible. It did hurt just doing that bundle so when doing the exercise... I almost cried man! :) When I'm done with it I notice that it has left a mark sort of downwards where the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] as if there were a tiny little curve like an inch from the base. Did that happen to you to? Anything to worry about?
 
This should help anyone not sure how the bundle looks or should be on this variation. Its myself performing this stretch in the standard 2nd Gen [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words].
Bundled 3 times, you should aim for 1 and work towards as many you feel works best for you. I suggest everyone works towards a 2.
 
Hi guys,,nice to read through your experiences. I have been hanging for some time with a BIB hanger and left it as I did not get much gains. Then I have started using the Jelq device and have got some girth gains with a big head. However, I have interest in getting length gains. Could someo one direct me to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]? Thanks in advance.

Never would have dreamed this thread would need a bump! Such a good exercise with so much user backing!
 
This is the first thing I do on the toilet at work for my piss pulls. Get great hang for the whole day. I think some people just give up and move to something more simple. I did with the original blue whale pull. But, you should always come back. You might feel it better now. I know I sure have.
