Bib, I have been behind the scenes, reading the posts and learning from what others are experincing and how you answer them. I was going to start hanging again about two months ago but got side tracked. Now I am back into the swing of things, so have some questions. I did hang a year ago for awhile but not consisitent.
I have a lot that is high..8 or 8 and 1/2. I had trouble with getting the adjustment but think I have that settled. Also the wrapping was a trouble thing, but that seems to be better now.
I started out lowering the weight I was using. I was starting out too high and my penis was not conditioned so, I started out using 5# and that worked really well. Been hanging two weeks and did 5# for three sets of 20 minutes each.
Then did some sets with 5#, incresed for one set to 10# and then back to 5#. This is all seeming good. Tonight I did a set with 5 and then a set with 10. Both sets were 30 minutes. No pain, no coldness etc.
I am seeing girth gains already, is that normal? I am not sure I am getting the fatigue issue. Should I hang more sets. I don't want to go up in weight too fast. But I don't feel any really soreness. Feels good in fact. Compared to the pain I used to have in hanging this is a really easy and good feeling.
Advise on weight and how to get the fatigue. I seem to have somewhat an erect issue. Not much, but I am not totally flaccid as I used to be. Does that make sense? I am flaccid but there still seems to be a big of girth.
I have a regular big hanger. Sure would like your advice. GS
