I have been noticing that after I come I can stretch my penis a full inch further that before. I am about 9-9.5 normal and about 10" after I come and stretch it out.

The only thing that I can attribute this to is everything gets a lot more relaxed after you come. I think that this might be a more effective way of stretching. Since everything is a lot more loose then your ligs might be more willing to reposond and wouod be a lot easier to stretch out.

As you all know I am not a big fan of orgaming during pe, just I think for stretching and hanging, I might change my mind, but I am not going to do it ever day, mabey 2-3 times a week

Ya I do the same thing. I like to stretch after I come too. It just stretches better and it seems more elastic. I have had good gains in length (one inch) for the 2 months I've been Penis Enlargementing.
 
If you are going to do this, make sure to split your length and girth workouts up, length in the morning and girth at night, and then a shot of IGF-1LR3! BLAHHA
 
I notice a similar thing if I masturbate before a girth workout. I get more of a stretch in the inner tissues, and a better pump. I'm going to use this idea this week with my girth work.
 
Hmm i think ill give it a try. In the last weeks i tried only to come once a week cause i thought it helps with my gains...
 
I notice this too, but I think tension applied to create those microtears and stimulate growth is more important than short-term elasticity such as what you get when you heat your willie up a bunch or ejaculate.

Most of my stretching is done at 85% erection or higher, aside from hanging of course. I also stretch a lot throughout the day in the flaccid state (such as when sitting on the can), but considering that the maximum flaccid stretch of most guys is usually only about half an inch from what their maximum erect length happens to be, I just find I get a better overall stretch from doing lots of erect stretches in terms of adding to erect length.

I am still a grower and not a shower, but my thinking is that flaccid stretching will tend to help your flaccid hang out a lot more than it will help out your erect length because erect length has a lot to do with the ability of your penis to stretch out from the inside as opposed to being stretched exclusively by some form of pulling (basically I am making the penis is a bag not a rope argument here).

Erect stretches I feel will allow your penis to flush out into the newly stretched volume (even if it is less than a millimeter per workout), and tax the fully engorged veins better since you cannot increase erect length really if your veins do not increase in length (in the flaccid state elasticity of the tissue overall is what determines your maximum stretch).

Now, I am not advocating that erect stretches is better than flaccid stretches after masturbation as I try and cover all the bases with erect and flaccid stretching since the science behind Penis Enlargement is not well-understood at this point, but I think that flaccid stretching is more important to do periodically throughout the day whenever you get the chance so that during the healing process after doing erect stretches, ballooning, or whatever you do for tunica work, that you keep the tissue stretched not to so much to force it to grow in a stretched state, rather to prevent scar tissue buildup.

We hear about guys actually losing length following ligament surgery from not hanging like they are supposed to and allowing scar tissue to buildup, and any injury or stress will buildup scar tissue over time if poor circulation and other means are not taken to flush it out (in the extreme case surgery such as what is done often with knee surgery).

Anyways, I agree with Supra on his original post that you get your best flaccid stretch following ejaculation, though I am not so sure that really matters much for adding to Penis Enlargement gains.

Think of it this way, when you bench press using a barbell you can use more weight than if you had say two dumbbells of equal weight because it takes more control to hold two barbells as opposed to using a barbell where you can recruit many more muscles in executing the lift due to not having to exert as much effort in just balancing the weight. Some guys will brag about their bench presses all day long and never pay attention to what true strength really is all about (think Bill Kazmaier here) and neglect some of the harder methods of strength training that require more agility such as dumbbells and kettlebells and when it comes to being strong in a contact sport, that bench press is not going to do them so great because it only taxes a very limited range of motion.

So what I am saying here is that just because you can stretch your penis farther following an ejaculation, that does not mean you are actually stressing it in a maximally positive way to achieve length gains over time. In fact, I find my best erect stretching sessions occur when I take a freezing bath, then quickly gain an erection, then do erect stretches and girth work. Since my skin is tight following the freezing bath and the core is warm from blood rushing in (cold brings heated blood to the core, warmth brings heat to the surface such as the skin), I feel I get an overall better internal stretch as opposed to just stretching my skin on the exterior. Yah, I can get longer overall stretches by jelqing for 10 minutes first to warmup, but the post workout feel of the stretch I feel is better by using this method. So the moral of the story is, just like bench presses using a barbell are in a way a form of cheating when it comes to real strength development when compared to say training with dumbells, kettlebells, or even a medicine ball, focusing on methods to increase your maximum flaccid stretch might deceive you from the overall goal of getting the best workout for your penis in a way that stimulates growth.

That is not to say post ejaculation stretching may not be the best way to stretch, but I am just making the point that you may not be working your willie out as well as if you had been doing stretches in a more contracted as opposed to relaxed state. Until widespread Penis Enlargement studies are done on what methods of Penis Enlargement are the most reliable, I guess your guess is as good as mine on this stuff.

Anyways, in the meantime try shrinking your willie with cold water or an ice pack before a workout and then quickly gain an erection and see how it feels. You will notice a feeling the first time of it feeling like your penis is about to burst out of its skin. To me I guess this is a good thing when it comes to Penis Enlargement (-:

Been there tried that, It worked for for awhile then gains slowed again but hey .75" gain is still .75"gain and I like gains! Keep at it maybe it will work better for you than it did for me.

I think someone discussed this before...I think it was STILL but I am not sure. I think your assumptions are correct. I sometimes do some stretching after sex and I have to agree that it feels very effective.
 
It works for me with both erect and flaccid gains. I stretch everytime after I come and I went from 6.25 -7.5 BPenis EnlargementL since the beginnign of Jan. Also I get the lig pops sometimes and I can stretch farther after I get those.
 
I just tried this for the first time. WOW! That was the best length workout I've ever had in all my 3 years of Penis Enlargement. I waited about 20 minutes after I blew my nut so it could get completely shrunk and then I did about 25 minutes of manual stretches. On the very first stretch I could tell this was going to be a killer workout. I could really feel a pull, especially on the tunica exercises. My penis is sore for the first time in a long time after a length session. I think this is what I needed to get me gaining length again. I'm measuring on Friday, but hopefully after a month of doing these I'll have some good gains to report on April 5. What a great workout!
