Notes: Didn't stretch by time this session...held most for longer than usual...maybe this will throw my penis curve ball :cool:

Got down somewhat of a plan to start trying to lose weight :s I'm open to suggestions also so feel free to chime in!

Notes: Felt some soreness / slight pain during the session so I ended it pretty short...think I'll probably take tomorrow off

When I cant Penis Enlargement due to fatigue I will do massage to keep me in the game.

I think it helps fairly well :) If I get a little sore or some slight pain again after my session tonight, I might start doing the hot / cold routine.

Last night I had the weirdest dream...Me and a bunch of people were at some beach / jungle place and I got bit on the foot by some snake...so I ask this guy if it was venomous and he said yes and he told me some CRAZY way to stop or get rid of the venom...then we jumped in this car and were driving threw the jungle and that's when I woke up...It was fucking weird to say the least lol

A little late but I'm twisted and thought of something...a personal goal if you will...Seeing how I would like to lose a little weight and add some inches ( ;) ) The goal I'll set is dropping 50 pounds ( fat .. if I gain some muscle I know this won't necessarily work out ) and get to 7" BPenis EnlargementL x 6" NBPenis EnlargementL x 5.25+ EG by the second week of Sept. ... I don't think this is unrealistic seeing as thats close to 4 full months of training and I'm about 6.3" BPenis EnlargementL x 4.7" NBPenis EnlargementL x 5" EG ... Just a thought but I'd like to go through with this!
