So I did Penis Enlargement on and off for a few months total over the past year and a halfish but never stuck to it. This time im trying to change that...My current game plan is to do length length girth seeing how im focused on length currently...and i'll be doing day on, day off, day on, etc...So far i've got...

4/9 - Start: 2:57 / End: 3:33 : Warm Up + Deep massage + Basic stretching + 175ish Kegals
( Felt good next day...No pain...FL seemed better than normal )
4/11 - Start: 2:20 / End: 4 : Warm Up + Deep massage + Basic stretching + 250ish kegals + LITTLE girth workout
( Same as above )
4/13 - Start 2:01 / End:

What's your size, detailed routine, short-term, and long-term goal? If your routine at the moment consists of only stretching and kegels, I'd up the ante substantially. Others love to say, "Take it easy!" mostly out of fear of the guilt that might arise in the event that someone does hurt their penis, but even with pumping and clamping, all it takes is a little common sense and they are relatively safe. Water pumping being substantially safer and better than just regular pumping because it has been highly postulated that damp high heat is just magic and gains will be very hard-pressed to come without it. Do yourself a favor, save yourself months and possibly years of heartbreak, and get yourself a pair of clamps and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I can guarantee with every fiber of my being that you won't regret it. And it is all about the girth my friend. Sorry i didnt post a little more info, i was kinda rushing to get this up last night. My starting stats are: NBPenis EnlargementL: 4 ~ BPenis EnlargementL: 6.2 ~ [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]FL[/words]: 2 ~ BPFL: 4 ~ EG: 5 ~ FG 3.6 ... I havent been in good shape since about 9th grade so fatpad is taking up 2ish inches of usable penis...My length routine is basically DLDs [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] with a few other stretches...Girth workout is jelqs, hand clamps (dont want to push to hard starting out), and various types of kegals ( kegal + clamp , kegal + hold ) ... If i had the money to purchase something like a FS [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] (although privacy is somewhat a issue) I defiantly would my friend :) I feel like my girth right now is decent, thats why i was planning on doing length / day off / length / day off / girth and so on...I defiantly agree with what you said though about girth. Excercise baby. Number 1, you will lose massive amounts of weight just by changing your diet. And I'm not fucking talking about eating fucking salad every fucking day. Atkin's almost -- almost got it right. But at least they came closer than much. Eating BEEF and CHICKEN does NOT make you fat. Fructose and sugar and HFCS high fructose corn syrup among other processed chemicals make you fat, among other things. I don't want to get into that right now because it'd take hours, but do your research and read up on metabolic typing and all of that and really make a commitment to change your life.

Anywho, since you're more focused on length right now, course number 1 is the exercise there, not just for Penis Enlargement but for your fucking health, and number 2 is to ask some of these other guys here. Cause I have a bit of trouble gaining in the length department and I could give a shit, cause I just want girth. I feel pretty good...I can't really tell if I have gained any length or girth as I haven't measured yet besides while I was clamped to see how much expansion I was getting...BUT I have noticed my flaccid is looking better( longer than normal and defiantly thicker ) and I'm seeing some new veins. For me, I find after I get a routine started and stick to it for a week or two it becomes the norm and is somewhat easy to stick to...I'm hoping this will be the case when I start working out.
 
couldn't get a session in last night for multiple reasons...but I did start figuring out a few things I plan on doing towards shedding some pounds...

will edit when I get a session in tonight...
