The wrap / [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap, whatever you want to call it, that I used was a What-A-Grip. Sometimes referred to as a WAG. You can buy them in the sporting goods section of WalMart for around $4.
I was experimenting with clamping super sets which were leading to some fluid retention. So I tried the WAG in an effort to reduce the FR during this routine. Yes, it helps with FR. It also leads to glans expansion beyond what you would get with clamping alone. If you pump and clamp with the WAG you can achieve unreal glans expansion. Be advised that this extreme glans expansion is achieved by fluid retention. So yes, you will see massive head size but you WILL piss sideways and everywhere else for a few hours after you go to this level. If that's something that you can't live with.... You've been warned. Also... this is not for newbies, etc, etc, etc.
Here's what I was doing if you would like to try / experiment with the routine:
1- Start with a nice hot [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98Â ]hydropump[/words]. You judge the time but go for a very full pump to get the ball rolling.
2- Do your first clamp set. I would start at high pressure and then ramp it up to HEAVY pressure at the end of the set. I was doing 15 - 30 minutes allowing my penis to be my guide.
3- Shake it out, get some blood flowing... do whatever you usually do between sets.
4- Back in the pump for 5 minutes of heavy pressure... whatever that is for you.
5- Clamp again for 10 - 20 minutes.
6- Shake it out. By now I would be showing the first signs of FR. Time for the WAG.
7- I don't cut my WAG to size. I roll it up like a condom and allow the rolled section to fit snugly close to my pelvis with the unrolled. "tube" covering my entire penis up to the glans. Don't leave a gap between your glans and the WAG. The rolled section of WAG at the base of your penis should act something like a
cock ring. You want this constriction. The rest of the WAG should be comfortable but tight. It will compress your shaft. Don't worry.... it stretches.
8- Get in the pump with the WAG on. You will feel the compression from the WAG but your penis will engorge. If it is all in place you should get a sensation of your shaft being pulled longitudinally... ie longer. Your glans will begin to really expand.
9- Out of the pump you should feel the compression from the WAG but the rolled end should be constricting so your penis will retain expansion and have a very full heavy feel.
10- Clamp. This clamp will be unreal. The WAG compression will be pushing in and the internal expansion of your penis will be pushing out. You will feel the internal structure of your penis expanding but it will have a sensation of length and girth. Your glans at this point should look larger than anything you have ever experienced before.
11- If you want to keep alternating between the pump and clap... go for it. Be your own guide.
12 After you decide to stop the sets leave the WAG on your penis. It will prevent turtling and it will still act as a constrictor keeping your glans engorged for some time. If you want to add a
cockring to the base of your penis... go for it.
13- After some time the WAG will become uncomfortable. Some guys can wear it for 30 minutes, some can go for hours, even all night. I go for an hour or two. Or at least until I have to take a piss. You can put the WAG back on or even better, I've used a silicone
sleeve which is a little easier to deal with. Either one will keep the turtle away and keep your glans swelled up.
After I finally remove the wrap /
sleeve my glans are still huge and it is from swelling / FR. It takes me an hour or two to be able to piss without a water show but I did make gains from this and they haven't gone away. You will also feel the girth work. Something about the WAG changes the effect of the pump and clamp. Different forces working on different structures of the penis. You will feel the difference.
