so how's everything today man? Is it a little better in terms of appearance/comfort?
Still doing good man, it is returning (slowly) to its post surgery appearance. There is still some swelling near the incisions but the rest is dissipating

damn this surgery needs to be made more accessible. I mean it will never catch on like the breast implant thing because of the idea of cutting anywhere near the penis and plus I don't care if everyone is walking around with an 8 inch by 6 inch plus dong as long as I have one too. Shit you still have to use it. I think we'd get more done in our lives as we'd have less to worry about. We'd know the problems in our relationship wouldn't have anything to do with our size lol. We'd have to really improve ourselves and really look in the mirror to gain the upperhand we all desire. It'd no longer be that our worries stemmed from having an inadequate size. No woman would be able to say hey that guy's dick is 8 inches long...he showed me but I'd rather be with Tommy because he's 9 inches long and that is more satisfying to me. There'd be less insecurities stemming from penis envy/bedroom troubles/anxiety and more confidence/assuredness stemming from knowing your cock is HUGE and you can focus on anything but that thing in your pants. Anyway...just speaking for most of us non-hung guys wishing our efforts brought more gains.

Wow, that is some scary stuff! I could never go through that, more power to you.

Well shit, you going through surgery would be like undergoing a major overhaul to add 10 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hp[/words] to a Corvette. :)

Pricey and risky...I don't see why it is really needed unless the person has absolutley no time at all to do pe...or they just cant get results...to each his own, I hope that everything is 100% with you fisHydromaxonkey

I hope this surgery comes to the UK and I oneday get the cash and bottle to perhaps do it.

There are surgeons in the UK doing the length procedure but the ones I have spoken to all seem to use an outdated y/v incision instead of the small transverse incision like fisHydromaxonkey has.

Doesn't surprise me.
I would not consider surgery on my ole man with the current y/v incision so maybe oneday when its more advanced and safer with more feedback and proof it reallly does work, the price might come down and I would consider having it done for length purposes only.....its something I would consider ONLY if it became safer and advanced like alot of other surgeries.

yeah...you'd think this would be THE surgery to make the biggest breakthrough's what with the potential demand! If they could have it be something like in and out and less than 2,000 dollars for it I'd go under the knife. The more advanced it becomes though the more likely it will initially spike the price. The more it becomes "popular" then the price would go down most likely. Here's hoping for both.

It will never be that cheap. They have to pay nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgeon. Plus, they have the medical equipment and rent expenses for the building and such. My doctor had to pay 3500.00 to the surgical center where this was performed on top of some other fees.

I went with dermal grafts actually. It is the same type of tissue but you get a better result because the Alloderm must be dehydrated and it loses its flexibility. Because of this, you gain a little more size with dermal grafts. There is also less risk of infection with dermal grafts.
I have some confusion, have heard mixed longevity results of dermal. The move of rheinschild from San Luis, the controversy at Total life, the lawsuits. I agree with the flexibility of the Alloderm, but disagree with the assumption that dermal is easiar to stretch. Getting the procedures done at the same time wasn't a good idea. I had alloderm, as you know, almost 9 months ago, I have no loss of girth. But, I have finally reached 7" length through 9 months of hanging, stretching. The garfts at the base are strecthing nicely with dld blasters, tunica killers and rotaries (50min daily). So to my point, pre-op my length was pretty damn close to 7," which I am currently. The alloderm grafts (I had 4 sheets) is nicely stretched and assimilated along the entire 7" penis with a consistant girth of 6.25" shaft and 6.5" base. why are you claiming the reason Rheinschild used dermal was to better accomidate your length? Bullshit. Alloderm cost them a few grand, and dermal doesn't cost them anything, but time. The price for dermal you claim was like $8,000+, or so and alloderm is like $10,000+ is bullshit. You can get Alloderm for $8,000 just need to shop around and compare prices to their "salesman." Reed, Alter, Rheinschild, Rosenthal need the competition with one another.
