okay guys, i started seriously committed Penis Enlargement about 10 months ago. started with jelqing and air pumping with vacutech. i gained about .5 in girth in about 5-7 months. 30 minute rest.
Bath (warm up)
Tunica tug (stretch penis)
20 3 sec squeezes (warm up)
200 jelqs at 75% (warm up)
O Bends total of 16 (4,4,4,4) all directions adding fingers each time.
Slinky Bends
5 20s squeezes (flaccid exercise at 40% erection.)
