I am currently working a routine that uses a vac [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at a high tension and in an effort to preserve my glans I am consistently taking breaks every 30 minutes. I am not noticing a higher tolerance building up so that's likely to be a trend and even if it weren't, I still would remove it once an hour for high erect jelqs with a ring just because that's a part of a theory I'm testing out.
SO, I'm looking for something to fill the void for the useless break. As it stands I'm just doing a mild stretch just to do SOMETHING but I have been reading and I think there are ways I can make that time significant, rather than a waste.
So I am curious about stretches with a grip near the shaft. I have an obnoxious foreskin that made it kind of pointless to do under the head grips. The grip slips and I could not get enough tension. I read a bit on expressive stretching but I'm not exactly clear on how to go about it. I'd really prefer something I can just do with my hands.
So any suggestions here I would be happy to hear.
