Is this the routine we should start with? Also as far as hanging wise what weights should we start with & for how long of a period should we hang? Also do you recommend taking any supplements to help with bloodflow & recovery?Yes that is an incredible work out and will bring great gains for a while and as you gain keep very close watch because as things begin to slow you want to include other exercises to keep the games going. But for now the routine that you posted, I wrote that for anyone who’s beginning with a Lengthmaster. Be sure to keep up with your Kegels and the testicle health massage and stretch.

Is there a video for the Mandingo Stretch?
Please if you have a way of sharing the photo of how the erect stretch is done, please do so. I remember there is a photo of the erect stretch done with the power assist.
You really should not be doing erect stretches using the Lengthmaster. You will get plenty of strength out of your hands to make this exercise work.
I saw a photo of the erect stretch being done with the power assist part of the length master. To do mine, I remove the power assist, get myself erect and then put my penis inside the hole of the power assist tool and then I pull my penis from the base to the left or right side.
I remember the photo in the thread but it still didn’t make much sense to me. But if you’re only using the power assist hole then that’s perfectly OK.
Can you tell me how else it should be done? I've been doing it like this since 2015 when 8 saw that photo.
Which way are you doing it? Through the hole or are you clamping down into the lengthmaster?
