i do a light 15 min morning pump followed by 5 min jelq makes me happy and ways i was wondering if it would be smart/safe to just stretch and jelq later on in the night time for 5-10 mins for added results better hang?

Honestly, this routine is not solid enough to bring good gains. When pumping, you want to do the 5x5x3 routine.

For length, you need a solid routine. Buy the length master and use it for 40 mins to 1 hour daily. By training this way, you will gain much faster.
