Update 2020
Since my last update, I managed to gain an additional 0.1" in el by dropping some 12kg(26lbs) of body fat through low-carb diet and intermited fasting, I guess I gained a bit more than that from losing 12kg but I must have lost some length from the long break. Now I'm still 6.6nbpelx5.7msg"

My current goal is to do the newbie routine for the next 2 months to slowly regain my conditioning and then get back on my extender routine in Jan 2021 and hopefully close the gap to 7" NBPEL and join the 2 inch club 8-).

I'll post some measurements pics soon.

I also tried my old JES extender today for the first time in 11 years, here's a pic.

As you can see I also found out about hair trimmers and trimmed the rainforest I had down there.

Good stuff man. Quick question: Does it matter which position to wear your SG? I always have mine pointed downwards for convenience but should i be changing positions?

it is best to point downward as there’s not enough intensity to go upward. The reason we have bundled stretching is because the tunica is very hard to stretch and when you’re wearing your extender in an upright position it’s not giving enough strength to affect the tunica. So your best way to train is to wear it down and start bundled stretches.

If i understood you correctly you mean bundled while using the SG, correct?

Lastly, I'm noticing some serious gains with your new routine in both length and girth. It's hard work but it paying off. Thank you.
