I'm starting to get into bundled stretches but i have a serious question: Does it mess up your urethra? (especially for intense bundled)
 
Just start slow, build intensity over the course of weeks. Don't ignore pain. If it hurts, don't do it. Do them when your dick is 'pumped' after a girth session for more girth gains.
 
Everything in life is risky to one extent or another, at least here you, yourself, have control over the degree and intensity of that risk. Wombat's advice is spot on.(That means good.)
 
Just start slow. I love bundled streches. I do 1 hour of differentl bundled stretch variations in the morning before I go to work. I think bundled stretches are great for girth gains. They really stretch the tunica for solid tunica gains. I am actually working on creating and all day bundled stretching device.

Serious, bundled stretches are really effective, as you need low force compared to normal stretches. Consequently, you are able to hold a much more intensive stretch, but of course, they are pretty dangerous. Therefore I suggest a warm-up session of min. 4 minutes and a lot of baby-powder!

The bundled stretches are not for beginners, that's for sure. I do them almost every evening, twisting my dick three times around and then pulling from both ends while twisting and pulling in reverse directions. I can get an extra three inches out of my flaccid stretch (straight up) when I kegel after doing about two or three reps of a half minute each of these.

But I didn't try the bundled stretch until I had been practicing p.e. for a couple of years. This is my 6th year now.

So be very careful with them. My cock is super-conditioned. This is why I can practice these without injury.

wow, that sounds extremely intense... how many hours do you usually stretch for and how many days a week?

So long as my dick is not turtling, every day....but not for long. Twenty minutes at the most.

have you had any problems with your urethra? any pain at all? ... thats the only thing im concerned about... seeing blood coming out of my pee hole would give me nightmares
 
No problem. None whatsoever. I had any serious pain or blood, I would stop that procedure. I'm not one to believe in "no pain, no gain." There is definite "pain" doing this exercise. But it is good pain--not sharp, stabbing pain, which tells me to stop whatever it is I'm doing.
 
There is pain in Penis Enlargement and soreness. Pain is akin to pulling a muscle, that sharp shooting pain and soreness is akin to dull muscle soreness due to a good workout. In both there is tearing and deformation of tissue but too much will result in injury. Listen to your body. Keep in mind that it is VERY HARD to injure your penis...VERY HARD.
 
Dont know why this thread was erased, its a legitimate question to ask as I for one used to wonder if twisting my dick around would damage it. Please dont erase this post again!
 
Anything can be "risky" depending on the Penis Enlargement'ers knowledge and their form on the exercise. I once seen a video of a guy hanging a big ass boulder from his penis and laughing. So the word risky is a relative term. What risky to you may not be to another. Bad form is risky other than that you should be okay.

As I have said many times, when the penis is flaccid it is very difficult to injure it...VERY DIFFICULT
 
Thats right. The penis is very strong indeed, not as fragile like we first think. Ligaments are at the root, suspensory and than to attach the glans to the penile body .. ligaments are STRONG.

Its when we become erect that the risks increase and this is due to the volume increase and that being made-up of blood.
 
Excellent point, Red and Mike. That is precisely why I have always refused to do any exercises, including the jelq, at maximum erection.
 
I agree lostinspace. All maximum erection excersises do for me is mess up my erection quality.
