The only one I have found that works, is a 3" tube that also pumps the sack as well.

Looks interesting.. Expensive though... They also have smaller diameter cylinder which would only work on length. That way you dont have that swollen look. I think it would be great for that little extra after a length workout. After you do you regular length workout, you could put the smaller diameter cylinder on and keep it stretched all evening long.. Under the SRT and 5x5x3 programs, there's a slow incrementation or progression to adapt the internal tissues from bruising. It normally takes two to five weeks to get your penis conditioned to take on strong squeezing. If you go hard straight from the start, it will cause bruising, just like pumping.
I only ever use pumping before using my penile traction device to get some blood in the tissues (or use a heating pad or hot shower) making my penis more pliable and post stretching for recovery, to get some blood into the tissue for healing. Also I do pump sometime between the 1 hour stretching sessions with my device if needed and if im at home.
