I've been really focused on my length routine lately, hanging weight (12 lbs) in the morning for 2 X 20-minute sets, then using my extender for long hours, usually between 5-10 hours per day. In the past I didn't put in near as many hours. But I'm on disability right now and have lots of spare time. Every hour or so I take a short break and do some manual stretches which hurt like a SOB but I do them anyway. I get drops of blood too but I'm hoping I'll toughen up and that will stop. I addressed this issue on a different thread but no one responded to it. Anyway, until today, the best I could get in a flaccid stretch bone pressed was 9", no matter how hard I pulled or how much I pressed into the pubic bone. Well today I hit 9.25". I checked twice at two different times. Man, I'm pumped!! It is my understanding that a solid erect increase in length is usually preceded by an increase in flaccid stretched length. What made the difference? Intensity, man! Just putting in the time and giving it 100%

I offer this as encouragement to those of you striving for gains. Give it all you've got and the gains will come. But don't be foolish. Start off easy and condition yourself, gradually increasing in intensity and time. I've been at this for years and it's taken me this long to learn this.

You shouldn't do PE to the extent of getting drops of blood. PE shouldn't result to injury before you can make gains. Congrats on the bpfsl of 9.25. Mine got 9 but that was right after a session though.
