i did dld's beging routine 3 sets(streched 30 sec each 9 ways & 25 cranks each 3 ways), and warm up too, 4 or 5 days a week. are there some kind of people that never grow or am i just doing something worng? dld i apreciate if you can help me.

How long have you been training and is this the extent of your workout?
 
thank you for answering. i've been doing your biginners routine of streches for over a month, 4 or 5 days a week (cause i work in a few days 18 hours
and i cant really do 7 days a week, but if thats the problem i will make it work), anyway i warm up 5 min then 2 sets(streching 30 sec each 9 ways & 25
cranks each 3 ways), and i pull as hard as i can, i dont know what the problem is... can it be possible that some people dont grow?

No it is not possible for you not to grow, all men have equal opportunity to gain. When gains are not being seen it means either there is a problem with form or with intensity. Looking at what you have posted for a workout I would say that the exercises are good so how is the intensity? ARe you feeling fatigue after training? How is your girth work and what are you doing, girth really contributes to length and length contributes to girth. We will figure it out, have no worries.
 
i dont think my form is the problem cause i do them exactly like you do cause i saw your dvd, and i also dont think the intensity is the problem either cause like i told you i pull as hard as i can, sometimes until it hurts, i dont really understand what you mean by fatigue cause i dont feel it being tired like a muscle, sometimes i feel that i cant do it again the next day cause it hurts in the place i grip. i have 18.7 cm in lenght and 12.5 in girth and i tought i would do the streches first till i reach 20 cm and then focus on girth till 15 cm or so, i dont have high dreams. but i surely want to gain, i dont lack the ambition.

OK, so this may not be a intensity issue, perhaps you need to try a different routine. Sometime, for certain men, a single routine is not sufficient and in many more cases the basic exercises may not be enough for certain people. In this case, after I have surmised that it is not an intensity issue I will go with a more advanced routine. Do you currently have any equipment? You have mentioned seeing the exercises so I assume you have the DVD. Let me know and I will help you create a routine that is more advanced and will allow you to start gaining. As I have said, everyone can gain, but sometimes it is important to explore other avenues.

Awesome! What do you have as far as equipment goes? Or do you want to go 100% natural?

I would go from where you are into the SRT Routine....why wait? It will replace the Phases once finalized.

i have completely lost interest in Pe, i haven't grown at all and i cant stop ejaculating with kegels at all, and a friend tried this thing and he didn't have a result either, man at least you should have told in your interviews that its very hard to grow and that some people wont grow even after so many months of hard work, i could have done something better with my time then feeling my nuts all day. maybe if you said it would be hard i wouldn't..... thanks for your advice but it dosent work, at least i didnt buy anything else.

Before you give up on Penis Enlargement I think you should try to examine what went wrong with your routine.

You said you warmed up, then stretched in every direction by pulling as hard as you could and did some cranks, but didn't see any results. You also claim that kegels don't stop you from the point of no return.


I think you were heading in the right direction but needed some adjustment on your technique.


If you're still around, try this instead:

Performing this routine will have you doing two days on, one day off. (Mon-Tue, Thur-Fri, Sun-Mon, Wed-Thur, Sat-Sun, Tue-Wed, Fri-Sat, Mon-Tue, etc.)

- Throughout the day, kegel.
- Warm up with a hot wash cloth for 5-10 minutes, reapply heat until shaft feels rubbery
- Grip the shaft an inch below the glans with an ok-grip.
- Gently (not hard) tug the shaft outwards, while pulling any other skin back towards the base.
- Stretch (gently but firmly, not pulling hard) outwards
- Stretch in every direction for a count of 30 seconds. Do this for 1-3 sets.
- Perform cranks after each set.
- Once your shaft feels like it's been given a good stretch, reapply the hot cloth for another minute or two.

Now here's the next step, that's kinda crucial to a newbie routine

- Lube up
- With your thumb and index finger, form an ok sign and grip the base of your shaft.
- Jelq slowly but firmly (not too hard) upwards right below your glans
- Place the other hand at the base and do the same thing, removing the hand at the top and bringing it back to the base.
- Perform 50-100 wet slow jelqs. Try doing 25, then a set of cranks before doing another 25. Do this for a week, then increase the number of jelqs to 150.
- Warm down with a hot wash cloth and/or shower.


- Next, dry off and get hard while sitting down. You're going to control your orgasms with kegels and edging.
- Edging is slow masturbation. When you feel as though you're getting close to climax, stop!
- Wait a few moments, then start up again. You'll feel that you're still close to climax. Stop again!
- Kegel a bit. Begin to edge some more, kegel and stop.
- Try to bring yourself close to the point of no return after edging for 10-15 minutes. Kegel hard (squeeze your thighs if you have to, even grab a drink of water to keep your mind off the orgasm) and then stop all activity altogether.

It's okay if you aren't able to do this. You're a beginner, it's going to take a while to get the hang of it.


Try this routine for 4-5 weeks. While you won't be seeing 1-3 inches in length over that time period, you might end up seeing something like .1 or .2, and those add up over time.


What jelqing does is supplement your stretching. Kegels pumps in more blood into the penis, but jelqing spreads the blood after you've stretched out the skin.

Edging teaches you patience/discipline, helping you get control over your orgasms. It also helps trap in more blood for more girth, and is a supplement to jelqing after stretching.


This may seem like a lot of hard work but it really isn't. Penis Enlargement does work, you just have to find the right technique that works for you. I didn't see results when I tried it years ago, but after a few years picked it up again and started seeing results...then again 3 years later. There's no shame in leaving now, but you always have the option to try again later.

thank you very much for posting, i will try your routine, and i will try another if it this one doesnt work, i just got a question. could i leave out the girth exercises, cause i dont have that much free time and i was wondering if they are crucial in growing or it has nothing to do with lenght? again, thank you
 
TreasureHunter, I don't know if this is widely known, but your tip on "ok'ing" about an inch below the glands for stretching put way more intensity in my stretching routine. I usually would grab a bold right behind the glands, but after reading your post I tried it that way and wow! So thank you! I will continue to grip up like that from now on.

While I'm sure that there may have been people out there who gained solely by stretching, I recommend the girth work, as girth work can bring about length gains too. It might be just what you need to start seeing changes.

You want your progression to be the same as inflating a balloon, you'll expand/inflate, deflate a bit, and then inflate again to a bigger size. You should be seeing results by stretching, jelqing, then edging.

I'm glad you're going to try again, and hopefully it works out for you. If you can't find the time to do this every work out day then you can always make the sessions shorter on some days and longer on the others. Just keep visualizing the inflation.
"Natural Size -> Inflation -> Inflation --> Deflation -> Inflation ---> Inflation ---> Deflation --> Inflation, etc."

I think it's mentioned here and there in online guides, but I'm glad it worked out for you! Something I like to do along with stretching is taking my index and middle finger on the free hand and kinda digging into the pubic bone/base area so I can pull out a bit more shaft and get a better stretch too.
