Now I fully understand Penis Enlargement takes time. But I have been into this off and on for years and gained off and on.

Then got real dedicated and clamped for about a year. It was a lot of overtraining but I gained. Now I'm retiring the clamp for awhile(hopefully) but if the gains aren't coming I will bring the clamp back out.

I really want to try something else but the fear of not gaining is in the back of my head. I have put in a lot of Penis Enlargement so I don't see any routine being too intense for me.

So let me know what has shown promise for you: HARDCORE, Newbie Routine,etc.

How long you stuck with the routine?
What exercises were your favorites?
And any other advice you want to share?

6 months: Newbie Routine

6 months: Super sets (dual Fulcrum), Isolated Compression Squeezes, Toliet Compression Squeezes, DLD Blasters, Lazy Ass Stretches

6 months: DLD Tunica Blasters, DLD Bundled Blasters, DLD Bends, DLD C-Jelqs, DLD Clock Bends

1 year: DLD Girth Busters, Erect Stretches, DLD Advanced Super Stretch Sets

2 years: Power Assist Stretching, Traction Stretches, Ball and Lig Stretches, SWM Behind the Cheeks Lig Stretch, DLD Bends, Slow Squash Jelqs

This year, DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters, DLD Sock Stretches, Power Assist Exspressive Stretching, FastSize Super Sets, Foot Long Stretches

My favorites are what I am doing recently: Bathmate Girth Blasters, FastSize Super Sets, Sock Stretches, Foot Longs and DLD Blasters.
 
Thanks DLD, I thought this was going to be a dead thread.

Something i need to know about gains. Are gains made with tissue fatigue or just the pressure of exercises? I cant clamp as tight as I used to cause Im not getting that much blood in when I clamp tighter. But I can get a bigger than normal erection when I dont clamp all the way down. I was wondering can I just fatigue it to gain or do I need that pressure of being clamped all the way down?
 
Gains come from a few sources. Ligament gains are found through intense stretching (mid point and below). Tunica gains come from expansion and upward stretching, expansion being the fastest way to increase the size of the tunica. Length and girth also come from tissue growth, expansion and greater ability to hold more blood. In the beginning of Penis Enlargement and in extreme sessions later, there will be fatigue present but not always.

Well if any of you read my progress thread you have seen this already but what the hey, I will say it for who haven't.

*15ish-18yrs old.
Jelqed on and off(mostly off) and gained whenever I did it BUT since I never spent a decent length of time on it the gains were never cemented.

*18yrs old-Today(20 yrs old)
In my best attempt to become the girth hammer.I did shitload of clamped Ballooning/Ulis/Jelqs/kegels. Never had a routine during this time just made shore I got in a lot each day. More than an hour daily. I gained a ton of length, close to an inch. But as far as how to gain girth that's still a mystery to me.

DLD....I missed the ones you listed that I bolded....fast size super sets, sock stretches, foot longs.......can you post a link to those???? thanks
 
I got this idea. DLD your from boston right? No thats not the idea LMAO. But I assume your a pats fan. Im a born and raised midwest boy and I love the COLTS. So im shore your aware of the rival teams.

As much as I hate the pats, I called your head coach"bill" a evil genius. I think he is a step ahead of his competition mentally. God damn it! The guy is a mastermind.

Will I have been in my lab(but if you want to be picky we can call it my bedroom) and I have whipped up something pretty nice I think will help any guy through a bump in the road no matter what his goal is. And also be great for guys like me who want a little bit of everything(PC work,EQ quality,Length and girth gains).

Now I will put up the routine I will try on my progress thread later on. But the whole idea is to have a length day then have a girth day the next. I know what your thinking "I think I have heard this before?" But I add in somethings along the way.

I take full advantage of the obvious way your PC muscle can help you gain.

Phase 1:Intense Length Day

Attacking the penis from every possible angle as for as stretching goes. Hardcore PC workout during this and after.

Reasoning: Jump on the fact of how elastic your penis is. Over time this will "preload" your penis for your girth day.The tissue slighty deformed and lengthened and a stronger PC muscle for engorgement each session. I know you dont grow that much each session but I think this will get that snowball rolling down the hill alot faster.

Phase 2: Intense Girth Day

Heavy fatigue and engorgement. PC work during your session.

Reasoning: After you attack your penis with your length and PC work the day before it is prime for growth and engorgement. Still slighty deformed and a strong PC muscle your penis will allow that extra blood to enter during your session. attack your penis with heavy reverse kegels and girth work you take advantage of the qualities of your penis. Extra engorgement,Healed tissue from former session,etc. Over this will lead to continued gains.
