Jelqing on and off for almost 6 months now, have seen gains and losses in my on and off times.

The last time i jelqed, i was doing a squeeze to increase girth, and since then i have had extreme trouble getting an erection. i can only ever get up 3/4. also, i have noticed that i have developed a sort of baseball bat shaped penis, whereby the head and upper penis is big, while the base of the shaft is fairly narrow and thin.

any ideas on what i can do to get rid of this erection problem and remove this baseball bat shape?

EDIT: this all happened one month ago and it still hasn't gone away (the weak erection problem).. could i have become dependant on jelqing to achieve an erection?

i have seen doctors and they say nothing is wrong with my penis.. so i assume it must be due to Penis Enlargement

Well have you rested at all when you noticed erection problems or did you keep doing your jelq routine? Usually when I get weak erections I find it's because my penis is fatigued. At least 24 hours usually resolves that and he's ready to go at first morning wood.

As for the baseball bat effect, I'm having a bit o that myself and am still trying to figure out ways to balance it out. I'm thinking isolated compression squeezes on the lower half, and then hanging straight down to get the base base girth part. I'm hoping that'll do the trick.

I'm also kind of working on this theory about see-sawing girth. Meaning that if one half is bigger than the other you can focus on the smaller half with increased gains because there is more force/blood/mass to move into that smaller half so the growth will be increased. Still seeing if it comes through in real life.

But take a couple days off, relax, and see how he's feelin'. Good luck!

i have taken a month off.. i havben't jelqed in a month and the erection problem has persisted.

Hay netnexus, are you still having erection probslems or have you got to the bottom of it yet? Im asking because I am having the same problem getting and maintaining an erection. I could have really done with having more than a 50% erection last night aswell seeming as it was the first night with a new women! You know what they say...first impressions count!!!

doin lots of kegels for a week helped me out. I had the same problem

Yeah I do loads of kegals, Ive been doing them for about 10years since I found out about them. Im gonna try a 1 on 1 off girth regime I think, or maybe a 2 on 1 off.

Nexus,

You should see a Urologist and get your penis checked out. You could have leaking blood vessels (veins, arteries), damaged smooth muscle (necessary for erection because it relaxes during arousal, which allows blood to fill the erectile sinuses in the corpus cavernosa and spongiosum) or a variety of other types of damage. You may be able to get help, however. Definitely see a Urologist.

Definately take some time off and do about 300 kegels a day. I have noticed that if I do more than 300 kegels a day my PC muscle gets fatigue and I have poor erections. Actually, I do 300 kegels every other day. It helps and keeps my PC muscle strong but not overly fatigued. For my girth work I do constrictors and have been doing them on and off for a year but just recently started a strict constrictor routine for 1 on 1 off for girth work and in about a month my penis has just exploded in girth. I jelqed for about a year before I started to do constrictors and I have noticed that constrictors even out the girth of your penis (gets rid of the baseball effect). I do jelqs every now and then just for the fun of it but my girth routine consists of constrictors every other day and that is it and b/c of this I get the best out of my girth workout b/c my penis is always ready. I believe girth work is way different than a length workout. You can do length work every day if you want but I believe your penis needs a rest a few times a week so it can rest up and so you can get the best out of ever girth workout. I do get a fatigued penis every now and then but when I feel like my penis is not "up" for a good workout then I rest it and let it recooperate. Why do a workout when you are not going to get the best out of each and every workout. Plus when your penis is fatigued and not "up" for a workout it is trying to tell you something (that it needs a break) by continueing to do the workout you are just asking yourself for trouble by possibly hurting yourself or your penis and a whole load of other problems that come along with the territory. So personally I stretch 5-6 times a week and do girth work every other day unless my penis tells me that it is a no go. The penis gets worn out just like any other part of your body. Just take your time and listen to your penis.

So either of you two reporting any progress or still having erection problems.
