hmm, so it's my 2nd day using the Myvitac pump & the quality is way superb than the plastiky Bathmate. water retention's drastically reduced by using the sleeve, allowing longer pumping sessions. no more balls getting sucked or feeling pain in the process, no more pulling of the foreskin down to the shaft with each pump, & I'm able to work my way up to 14 or 15 Hg while feeling my upper mid & bottom shaft been stretched longitudinally, which is superb. the pain that I felt with the Bathmate wasn't so much on the useful stretch but on all those other stupid unrelated drama as mentioned haha.

Hello guys! I am an old PEer and i am back in these forums nowadays.
DLD and a couple of other members have asked me to provide some information and views on increasing the base girth.

As an introduction i have to say that base girth probably has been the most useful part of my cock because it seems that, when every woman is on top
(at least from my experience) and she can get vagina orgasms(not all of them can, i think like a 10% cannot orgasm just from vaginal penetration), they orgasm in a matter of minutes.
So yes, it is a very useful part as it creates more friction to the opening when balls deep or when she rubs her pubic bone on top.

So, there are many ways to increase it.
For me it has always been bigger than the head and midshaft and this difference became larger over the years.

I never had a "magic" base girth exercise or anything to target this area. However, my base girth has increased more than 3" over the years creating the "pyramid"-shaped

My base girth came slowly over the years with the following:

The question now is where exactly do i contribute the gains of the base girth.

1)I think a pure 1" of base girth came from stretching with the heavy duty static stretcher. My base girth was thick anyway around 5.1" back at the time and with the stretching
i was doing, a thicker part of my inner penis was coming out from the ligaments and it brought it to 5.9-6.0" with stretching. At this point i never had any real significant overwhelming midshaft girth gain. Only length gains, and significant base girth gains because of the inner penis that was coming out.

2)Kegels helped a lot as well with thickening the muscle down there so when i was kegeling the base was growing thicker. It helps kegeling.

3)Jelqing. Allright, overall from jelqing i can say that i gained 0.25" girth gains overal from head to base it was a nice supplementary exercise to get the bloow flowing.

4)The most important after stretching was the metalic cockring. My base would explode every time i would wear a cockring. Sometimes with fluid build up if i was to hard on me.
Then squeezing the base, kegeling for more blood inside and keep it there for one minute while stimulating the head with the other hand. Going close to orgasm then stop by squezzing again..then kegeling again etc. After the work outs i was wearing the cockring for 5-6 hours and never took it off so my cock was meaty for a good 3-4 hours afterwards.

I think 1) and 4) over the years, slowly contributed to the base girth like 0.35" per year or something.
The first 1" base girth came only from stretching the rest 2" came slowly with this routine with the cockring clamping squeezing over a course of 7 years.

You dont have to worry about these numbers though. Take your time with PE here and even if you are 4.0" in girth , relax take it easy and you will be 5" in the worst case scenario in 3 years :))

i must be a 1 off weirdo. i tried that & noticed an increase in length. so some weird reason, pumps always target the area behind my gland & enlarge that area as opposed to base. i have a pyramid top mid & a thin base.

ah i see. thought it has to be the pump cuz i heard everyone saying that pumps increases their base girth or overall girth. for me, i feel pressure around the top mid when i pumped with the bathmate. even with hardcore stretches, i feel it mostly went into length gains for me.

Did you use the comfort insert in the Bathmate pump? What pump do you use now?

i tried removing the comfort pad once but can't retain suction. last time i use a pump was mitivac but with sleeve. will try without sleeve in future hopefully to see a difference.

No comfort insert. Vaseline on the rubber, and a clean shaved "fat pad".
This worked for me. I also tied a bandage around my ball-sack to keep my balls from entering the tube. But not the most comfortable. But everything for gains. I maxed out the hydromax 5 in girth in no time. I believe the comfort insert prevent you from gaining maximum girth.

In Wide Boy 7, I also winded a small strip of bandage at the base of my penis to prevent the mushroom shape from happening. Got more even expansion this way.
