It's 100 degrees here. No thanks lol.
100 degrees and you dont have the cold AC running making a hot jacuzzi doable and usable for a warm down???

I would have a jacuzzi in my back porch. Sure, it's freezing inside, but I'm not one to enjoy the heat lol

Nice :)

Doing two different things can seem overly complicated .. but not everything can be simplified, sometimes more complicated is actually the right answer.

You'd mentioned a cream ... how is that working out with the steam (trying to sweat it away) or the sock (trying to absorb it away)? -- Maybe do the cream after the steam, and underneath a plastic wrap so the sock can't wick it away..

Edit .. Add a cockring (light force .. not tight) while doing the warmdown to stay in expanded state.

The cream part ... The combination between steam and cream is just not the best one . Steam wash the cream away in like 10 minutes or so . The combination between rice sock and cream is worse than the other one . I couldn't find out how to combine those 3 to work together , so then i read your ideea with plastic wrap and i have to admit that's one hell of an ideea . So hear me out , 20 minutes with steam , tap it with towel to remove the water , apply the cream , wrap it and put the rice sock on top . This combination works more than perfect .

Thank you for your help .

what type of cream is this? How come your warm down in 30 minutes? I am wondering what your reasoning is a long warm down like this?

My thought is it would just be better to get in 25 more minutes of PE stretches, hanging, LM or whatever PE a person does then just do a 5 minute warm down and then use an ADS for healing

To answer your questions : at the moment i use a Nivea Baby SOS cream , warm down for 30 minutes it feels right and you can't be wrong with hydration in my opinion .

My current routine is 20 minutes warm up with rice sock , 6 sets of streches in all directions including A-Stretch ( wich is the most instense for me ) , 50 jelq , 20 minute pump , 50 jelq , 20 minute pump , 50 jelq , 20 minute pump and the warm down ( the most important part after pumping and stretches in my opinion )

Ok, that is a hell of a routine. 20-30 minutes of warm up and down seems minor compared to the hours you train

nice routine...so you use the Nivea to hydrate the skin after the skin if the penis becomes very mildly fluid depleted from the steam? when you run out of Nivea I have always like Pure cold pressed aloe gel to rehydrate/heal my skin if you are even in the market for something else

Long periods of heat help keep the penis elongated and expanded also. I used to use a heating pad the whole day when I was not training and I was always hanging very long and heavy.

Thank you . I use the cream right after the " infusion " with steam because the skin is more relaxed , as DLD said the penis is more expanded than usual and the blood flow is increased significantly . After i'm out of this cream i surely will try what you recommended .

You are right , this routine require some time. But .. as i learned from bodybuilding , you can't build a muscle in 2 hours of training . That muscle requires thousand of hours , so i apply the same technique in PE .

Patience and consistency are the keys here . As a wise quote says : " Success is a journey "

The major compound in Aloe is methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) so that's going to be a great post-exercise lotion for the skin, and for efferocytosis (clearing out metabolic and waste products) in the deeper tissues, and as an anti-inflammatory agent, and for speeding up the production of collagen in healing..

Here's some save-typing info from the web:

"MSM (CH3)2SO2 occurs naturally in many fresh foods but is lost during processing. Its main use in the body is for collagen synthesis, forming skin, blood vessels, hair and nails. Its main benefit is to keep cells, skin and blood vessels elastic, which is the attribute of youth. That is why organic sulphur is often regarded as the beauty mineral. It keeps cell walls permeable so that nutrients can freely flow into the cells and wastes and toxins can easily be removed.

Amino acid chains are usually linked with each other through flexible sulphur bridges. Also the oxidative energy production of cells requires reactive sulphur compounds. Without sufficient organic sulphur as in the form of MSM cells and body structures lose their elasticity and flexibility. The result are the well-known signs of aging: inelastic skin with increasing wrinkles, scar tissue, hardening arteries, varicose veins and also hardened lungs causing emphysema. Sufficient MSM is able to reverse these conditions to a significant degree. The MSM in Aloe Vera is the active ingredient for repairing damaged skin.

MSM is used by athletes to increase stamina and minimize sore muscles. Its use for this purpose is even more widespread with racehorses and greyhounds. This effect may be mainly due to the ability of MSM to greatly increase the body's ability to eliminate metabolic residues, wastes and toxins from the cells."

I try my best. Schedule is starting to get really busy again, but I make sure I get at least an hour a day and if it's just 1 session, I stretch hard enough to wear my arms out haha

That is the way to stretch! And when your arms are no longer strong enough the LengthMaster will fix that problem!
