Hey guys, I just ordered a max vac II, and I recently just got a Joel Kaplan Pump. I also own a cable clamp. I really want to get a routine that I can use all of these things in. I have came up with my own idea of a routine to use that will incorporate all these and also manual exercises, but I want to make sure I won't be overdoing it. So here is what I have:

I'm going to do a ten minute warm up in the shower
perform about 5 minutes of manuel stretching, just to loosen things up
hang with the max vac II for 15-20 minutes
Go warm up in the shower again for a few minutes to recirculate blood
Jelq for 10 minutes
5 minutes of Hardcore manual girth exercises like slow squash jelq, erect bends, and Ulis
Edge three times
While hard, pump using 2.5" tube for 10 minutes on 5-7Hg
Remove and jelq for a minute
Pump penis and balls with 3" tube for another 10 minutes at 5-7Hg
Remove and get circulation going
Clamp for 10 minutes and do bends and edging while in clamp
Remove and apply leather cockring and warm down in the shower




I know it seems like a lot, but I'm using all the different instruments for the minimum time that is recommended. Just tell what you guys think, I'd appreciate any input. Hoping to get a long fatty with this one. LMAO Thanks in advance.
 
Sounds like you're cruising for a bruising man...

Even with all of those precautions, it might still be dangerous to pack all those englargement techniques into one session.

If I were you, I'd split them up on a daily basis. Do hanging one day, pumping the next and clamping the following day.

BTW, pumping for 10 or 20 minutes is only good for fighting ED. To make your dick bigger using a pump, you must pump for atleast 30 minutes a day, but preferably an hour for the best results.

And I say this because I use a pump primarily in my Penis Enlargement regimen.

Yeah, I wish I had the time to split it up, but I'm in college , so I'm bust constantly and have barely found the time to be able to fit this crunched routine in. I've heard about the pumping too not being good unless used for 30 min, but do you think that since I'm doing the exercises before it would be different because blood has already iexpanded my penis? And wouldn't it be best to do hanging on the same day so that once I get into the pump, I am working with more of my penis because it has been pulled out? I don't know, but it seems logical. But I'll try to look into splitting it up, thanks for the reply. If anyone else has any input, that'd be great.
 
I don't know. Seems like a very aggressive program. Have you ever Penis Enlargementd before? If you're a newbie, then I definitely would advise against this sort of a program.

It's very easy to injure your penis, and if you go too far too fast, you'll regret it. There are lots of horror stories out there, just check the boo boos and band aids sub forum.

It's always best to go slowly, especially if you're just starting. Everyone's threshold is different, but if you're new to Penis Enlargement, your dick won't be able to handle as much abuse as someone who's a veteran of Penis Enlargement.

And wouldn't it be best to do hanging on the same day so that once I get into the pump, I am working with more of my penis because it has been pulled out?

Pumping after length exercises is a great way to speed up length gains for sure. Just be careful with the amount of weight you use when you hang.

I'm not really new to Penis Enlargement, but I haven't had a routine for a year or so, so I'll probably start out slow and work my way back up. But yeah, I think I'll just tone everything down a little bit for a while. Thanks.

For sure tone it down. You could use a different method each day and still get each of your Penis Enlargement toys out of the closet. If you want to use all three of theses methods at once, try a different one each session. you might like the results?
 
I actually didn't really lose any results when I stopped, even thought for somw reason it looks smaller to me. But yeah, I think I'm gunna seperate the hanging to my days off from pumping, and also do jelqing then too. This should be fine I'm guessing. Thanks guys.
