Nice scrotum stretch routine

I'm going to add this into the mix I'm doing now. This routine has been modified from Manx's scrotum routine, so thanks to him for starting this for me to work from.

1) With one hand tug the balls down and with the other grip underneath the penis glans and pull upwards.

If your uncut do this with foreskin covering glans because you will get more skin stretch [You want that in this type of exercise] than you would do if the skin was pulled back. Hold for 60 seconds X4 sets

2) Same again except balls go left, cock goes right. 60 seconds X4 sets

3) Now balls go right, cock goes left. 60 seconds X4 sets

4) Balls go up and left cock goes down and right. 60 seconds X4 sets

5) Balls go up and right, cock goes down and left. 60 seconds X4 sets

6) Tug the balls downward and pull penis straight out infront of you and hold 60 seconds X4 sets

7) Trampolene stretches with holds of 60 seconds x4

8) Massage balls for about 5 minutes

9) Scrotum jelqing lasting about 10 minutes

Time taken: 28 minutes for main routine & approx 15 minutes for massage and jelq = Total of 43 minutes

* Use something like Olive, Castor or Grape seed oil for your massage and Jelqs.
* Find a material to help you with a better firm grip, so you can have longer hold times.
* Good idea to warm up before and down at the end with hot cloth around scrotum.
* If you also own Cosagrande creams or circulation creams than rub them in afterwards.
* Those with Turkey Neck, this routine WILL help you [Speaking from someone with it!].
* Advanced stretchers try doing bundled scrotum stretches [Intense baby!!].


With consistency this routine will help gain lower hanging balls.

I would suggest the purchase of ball weights, leather straps that go around or other alternatives to place around the scrotum afterwards for a good ADS-type effect. Manx uses curtain poles and to good effect from his pix.

Is turkey neck your sack that is attached under the dick cause I hate the way that looks?

Is there a exercise that can make them bigger cause mine look like grapes and I want some jaw-breaker sized balls?
 
Not many must have tried this. Something else that worked for me was the Bathmate, no I'm not just saying that because its sold via here but honestly when I allowed by package inside the X-40 and pumped it the size and hang were much better. It also cured a pain I used to get in my scrotum from time to time and to this day after stopping the Bathmate touch wood that pain has never returned.

Testicle health massage daily also helps with the hang by improving circulation.
 
I just started a Bathmate routine like yours red.. just finish second workout.. i see what you mean.. my balls was/is so big man, the hang .. damn.. remember guys this is only my second workout..

Red do you think is save to try out the DLD Bathmate stretches with the balls in the X-40? its out in the future, but i want you take on it thanks.
