ok i have just been jelqing for the last hour

and my dick feels like it's about to fall off lol

is there any danger is jelqing too much?
 
i've jelq for an hour before and my dick been fine. do you kegel in blood while you jelq? also how hard did you go?. you've got to build up to an hour. how long have you been peing for?

i don't do kegels, though i know i should.

thing i try to count to 300 jelqs, then usually just get distracting, watching tv, etc, and next thing i know it's one hour.
 
dont' go too hard on the jelquing. if your body feels like it can handle it then do it, if it feels really really abnormal then don't go as long. at one point i was doing 1.5 hours of jelquing and it gave me a damn goo work out. i used to feel a bit of tingeling or numbness after i did my jelquing..but i figured that meant that the tissue got the shit kicked out of it and the blood was flowing big time.

it's all how your body feels.

It depends how long you been doing pe, how long your jelqing sessions are, genetics(to some extent, not much), How hard of a grip you are using, and your technique.

Your dick will never fall off. LMAO So dont even worry about that. There is some danger with jelqing, but dont dewel on that.

What exactually does it feel like when you are at the end of your session? How hard are you grip on each stroke, are you paying attention to what you are doing?
 
ok guys its now roughly 24 hours after my first post and everything is fine, back to normal so i guess the slight throbing was only immediately after the jelqing session.

to answer the questions, i'v been peing for about a week, and my jelqing technique is basically 2 second jelq, using the OK hand grip, from base to glans using a combination of vaseline and vitamin E oil.

i just think why stop at 300 jelqs when i can do so much more? you know what i mean?

i think i will limit it to 45-60mins max from now on.

You can easily cut the time you spend jelqing in half and get exponentially better results in the interim.

Instead of watching tv or whatever, put up a nice pic of some girl you wanna bone from behind (or whatever your heart/cock desires). Get an 80% erection and greese that sucker up. thanks man, that's some really good advice. i never really paid that much attention mentally, and just got on with it. but i'll try it like you said.

that's actually why i try to watch tv or something, to keep my mind OFF anything too sexual, as jelqing in itself gets me pretty hard.

90% of my Penis Enlargement career, I trained at 100% erect during girth exercise. I understand many say there are risks but I never experienced any adverse results myself. I have always view girth in this way; if I work at 80% and my expansion during a session is 20% then I am only reaching my normal potential but when I train the same way at a higher erection level, say 90% and get the same 20% expansion, then I am training beyond my normal girth allowing for tissue growth.
 
word to dld for saying to go at 100%. I usually have a good ����� in and my routine for girth looks like this

10min jelqing 3-5 second jelq
10min clamped doing horse squeezes, bends, ulis, double ulis, and gland work
10min jelqing " "
10min clamping " "

10min jelqing " "

sometimes while in the clamp for the last two minutes I will do some light jelq's, but dont use to much pressure because I can really really feel it

in just over a week I have seen .25 stay with me in girth and I do the newbie stretchs and I am .30 in length, 1/8th of an inch over 7inchs now. I am the most inconsistent person also, I will work out for 2 or 3 days but I have a solid week and a half using this routine and after 3 days of not working out I still have those gains. I took a week off after my first week not seeing any results then reveluated and now I just have tiredness that gets me because I still live in my parents house and have to wait until night when everyone is sleeping in order to be able to do my exercises. when i fist started out , i jelqed for an hour straight, and when i woke up

i have one more question. as it stands, my erect mid-shaft girth is 6.25, so i am really looking for exercises which concentrate more on length increase.

as of now my routine is like this, i try to do this daily...

1. 5 minutes hot damp towel warm-up
2. 5 minutes manual stretches in all directions, (but not as many sets as the newbie routine since i go straight into hanging)
3. hang for 1-2 hours, rotating positions - straight down, to the left over thigh, to the right, and straight up over shoulder
4. finish off with 300 wet jelqs


ok now some questions if you don't mind...

1. first of all how does this routine look for a newcomer to Penis Enlargement? should i be doing anything else like kegels? is it too much too soon? let it all out.
2. what exercises should i ideally be doing for LENGTH increase?
