I've been at the Penis Enlargement game for over a year. Still no gains!

I did routines on and off for awhile, no I wasn't steady with it. For the last 6 months I have been though, still nothing.

I'm about 6 1/4 L x 5 1/4 circumference.

What I do is: stretch with DLD's newbie routine (up, down, left, right, etc) for 30 second holds every time I smoke. Since I'm a bit over a pack a day smoker, that's not too bad. I bought a Bib Hanger but I can't get that thing on me comfortably for the life of me, got tired of constantly adjusting the thing so I gave up on that and went to the hand.

For girth I have a clamp. I use it quite often while sitting at the computer or even take walks with the thing on (when I'm done I get the red spots all over my unit). Most extreme stuff I've done clamping was.. erect bends over my wrist (one minute at a time), slow squash jelgs, erect stretches, even sex with it on for 20 mins then take it off.

I get a good pump after my workouts but nothing seems to amount to anything. Man I think I'm one of those no gainer types. Any advice?

Oh btw... if it means anything, my LOT is around the 10-11 o'clock angle.

How consistent have you been with any one routine? If so, what routine did you use? Consistency is important in a routine and if you switch things around too much you will never know if it working.
 
I've been pretty consistent. Here's how I do it:

Usually wake up around 9am - dry jelg for around 5 minutes
Smoke about 30 cigs a day (fan in the window, blow the smoke out) and i do the newbie stretch routine. Every day.
During the day I strap on the clamp I'd say around 10 x's a day total for anywhere from 10 minutes to 15. Full hard-on and I push the clamp into the pubic bone while i kegel.
A few times a day with the clamp other than just putting it on and sitting there, I walk to the store (every day) with it on.
The hardcore clamp sessions around 3x's a day
Sex with clamp on twice a week (btw dudes, don't do that because you will be bigger/harder and your girl will get used to it then without the clamp she's gonna be like, what?)

Now just so you know, I have changed it up with rest days just in case someone says I might be over training. I've done the month with no rest days, month with rest days.

Not sure what the hell I'm missing?
 
either you need a longer pause.(man people gain when they pause)

Ya I've heard quitting smoking makes some guys have more or harder erections. But, not that easy!

As far as the pause, like what? I used to pause a lot before I started getting fully serious. Talking like a week on and off type of thing.
 
30 cigs a day is crazy!
I think before you do the more intense shit like clamping and hanging, just jelq and stretch exclusively for a month and see how that goes. The way I see it, you want to make the most gains you can with a smaller effort, then, once time allows, you can step up the intensity. Ya dig?
Btw cut down on smoking, pe aside, shits crazy! Try 20 a day or even 25 for starters.
Qutting smoking is a very gradual process, fuck tthat cold turkey business.

Plan on cutting down on the cigs. Most of the 30 is half cigs. I brought that number up mainly to show how I do my stretches. With all of the time through the day i spend pulling on the unit, the results are mainly stretch marks.

Not only that when I am lying in bed I pull the unit between my legs, lay on the right for 15 mins, left for 15.

The only reason why I'm going more intense is I've conditioned the unit with my past mixtures of pulling, pumping, Uli's, Horse squeezes, extenders.

That is your best bet. I have always looked at quitting something as I could not have been disciplined enough to handle and I do not like to feel undisciplined. I would rather take charge of myself and enjoy pleasures without overconsumption or addiction. 30 cigarettes a day is overconsumption but zero cigarette a day is depriving oneself of a pleasure. Maybe 3 cigarette a day is a happy medium:)

smoking cigarettes isn't good for you or your vascular system. your body is constantly trying to fix or repair the damage that is being done by smoking....this is energy that could be going into building new tissue and a larger penis.

i am not a doctor, but i did stay at a holiday inn last night.... :)

Not at all. I smoke about the same and I have made pretty OK gains, I guess:)
