Hey everyone,

I used to do Penis Enlargement (mainly girth focused) for about 1 year - I took quite a long break (about 18months) and now really want to get back into it.

Problem is, I am not sure where to start? I was hoping someone could give me some advice on how to go about getting the "dream" dick that Ive always wanted!

Current starts - Im approx 7x5 - my goal is to be 7x6 or more in girth. Length doesn't really bother me as much - I believe that nothing is more impressive then whipping out a monster thick unit!

I do also have a slight sideways AND upwards bend. I believe the sideways bend is due to uneven ligaments however the bending happens about an inch down from my glands.

I have quite a large head on my penis - and so I would like to increase girth of my penis to meet at the edge of glands if that makes sense (as now we have slight mushroom action going on).

I do have a Bathmate - my old routine used to be superset pumping with some sort of jellying (usually SSJ) and also some erecting bending in an attempt to correct curve.

So I guess I'm looking for a routine that correct/address the issues I noted and also help me grow as big as possible! Any ideas? The reason for the post is that during my research, I have found so many different articles, hundreds of exercise and methods - and to be honest, its somewhat confusing. I would like a routine thats effective and can be done in about 30minutes.

Appreciate any/all help!
 
Welcome back to the brotherhood! Having in mind that you have a bend and do not care about gaining length- my advice would be to do some bend correction jelqs. This is a great starting girth exercise (you have lost all the conditioning you dick has had), it will correct your bends (if you do them properly) and will target you in length as well. Read the SRT thread if you haven't already done it! It is DLD's Ultimate work and is a Penis Enlargement principle that should be followed religiously. I think at this rate- the best thing you could do is:

Get up and do your girth routine (consisting of supersetting Bathmate pumping and jelqing. Since you have lost all conditioning, you can start off doing 2-3 minutes of pumping supersetted with 70-80 jelqs for 3 times. You can add in more and more jelqs and minutes spent in the Bathmate as you advance :))

Put on a cock ring to keep the expansion you got from the girth session and take it off every hour or so. Reach 80-90% EQ do some additional jelqs (maybe 20-30) and put it on back again. Take off before you go to sleep and repeat the routine. Now since your routine is not that intense, I think you should not miss a day and go for 7/7 days a week. Also, make sure to do some kegels (during and after your girth session). I think that would be a great starting session for you. It is good because you combine the best girth exercise that could condition you and get you in shape for those SSJs and others, you get a bend correction exercise, you get a pretty good supersetting routine, you get to follow the SRT principle and do PC muscle fitness and you get to target length indirectly. If you have any questions or notes, please let me know- I'll keep my eye on this thread :)

Once Ive gotten back into the swing of things, I plan to do two days on one day off - alternating between Bathmate w/ SSJ and second day being clamping (and erect bends whilst clamped).

Ill be sure to warm up and down after each session and wear a cock ring to ensure dick stays engorged for as long as possible!

Of course it would- that is a pretty intense session you have planned I see. You just have to work up to it! But it would be a VERY effective and intense session :)

Thank you both for your words of encouragement! I can't wait to get started.

I forgot to ask, in terms of discolouration, what is the best way to avoid this? I remember last time around I had a pretty nasty band of dark colour around my penis which I was not fond of. It has pretty much gone now, so I don't want to go back there!
 
I believe that the Bathmate has some of the highest reports of discoloration, short sets help, keep them to 3 x 5 and you should be fine

I used a penomet for 5-6 months and got no discolouration or black bands, my dick is a tan colour now but i actually like that. Water pumps make things fun (discolouration not included) you should keep using it. or maybe look at another pump.

What was the average length of your sets? how long would you pump in tota in a day? try doing it for JUST 5 minute sets with SSJ's between and clamping after. This should keep discolouration low and gains high if you notice any more permanent discoloration (ie more than and hour after pump) from 5 minutes sets then you should probably stop with the Bathmate

How much girth gains did you make when you trained girth for 1 year? I'm focused on girth as well. You want to buy a the mityvac pump. It is very affordable, easy to use for wet and dry pumping, it doesn't hurt to use unlike the bathmate. It has a gauge, you can monitor the exact pressure that you are using when pumping.
