Hello everyone, I haven't been on here for sometime though I've still been on my P.E. game. Around the last time I had posted on here it was about a gain I had made where I finally passed my 6 inch mark plateau. Prior to that gain I slowed down on actual length exercises and just did SSJ's on a constant basis, basically around anytime I could touch my penis. If I could get in one 30 sec rep I did it. After about two weeks of that I added a new length routine which I thought had given me my gain. About a week and a half after that gain my size began fluctuating as I stopped the SSj's and only did the length. So I went back to doing both and one night I was doing a session and squeezed extremely hard and kept on kegeling then clamping, kegeling then clamping etc. until my head felt as if it were about to explode. Tons of veins I haven't seen before were engorged and bulging out of my penis. And I thought "this would be a good time to do an SSJ" lol. So I did (I do not know if this is how everyone does them but obviously it was new to me) and the expansion I got was ridiculous and I had done the session for a long time.

Now for about the past 3 weeks I had stopped with a length routine and only been doing SSJ's in this fashion and try to get in at least 30 mins of it throughout my entire day. In which now I realized I had cemented my length gain with it, every erection I am past that 6 inch mark and I am also fatter and harder. I am going to keep doing this only with no length routine because I really want to see that if this way can give length gains let alone amazing girth. I figure it could because prior to the bending of the stretch I am filling up my penis with so much blood it has to go somewhere so I'm assuming up (longer) lol. If anything I'll be back to post if it actually does give both length and girth. And if someone has already proved this, I'm tight because I wasted alot of time typing :/

SSJ may be the best girth exercise!

You need to turn your post into 2-3 paragraphs instead of one. I could only read a tad bit, my eyes hurt trying to read it together like that.

Very true. I can't read that.
 
Slow Squash Jelq is one of the best girth exercises and the reason for this is the dual pressure being applied by your hands "squashing" the penis. As you are pushing down the blood your other hand is pushing it upward, against this resistance. In this sense the penis has little choice but expand.

It is an exercise of simplicity but it is massive in it's effectiveness. Jelqing, although a great exercise, only gives one direction of force. One also will notice that with the standard jelq it is difficult to keep all blood in penis as when the stroke changes hands some blood is lost. With the Slow Squash Jelq blood is trapped in the penis via the lower hand while compression is coming down from the opposite hand creating a dual force that, in turn, brings amazing expansion. The best thing one can do at this point is add a Bathmate to the SSJ session, this will bring the biggest expansion you can get. Check out DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters to see this routine.

Its nothing you said, no need to be offended. I was saying I can not read it cause its a long paragraph. Its hard on the eyes when that many words are grouped together to follow along with it. It would have been much easier to read if it was broken into a few paragraphs. I dont see why that statement bothers you cause Im very shore Im not the only one here having a hard time trying to read it so I could offer advice.

I wasn't offended lol and I underestood what you meant and nothing you said bothered me bro, I just meant I felt it fine to read as it was, and DLD edited it I think as soon as I posted it because the first time I looked at it it was how it is now. The power DLD has on this site lol

lol, yeah I will help out with grammar, sentence structure and paragraph formatting but I do not do windows!
 
DLD, I was thinking clamping and SSJ done before using Bathmate would increase the size you expand while in it to a bigger size than doing after. Does this sound right?

Definitely! I think and and all superset logic makes the most sense. Anytime two (or more) exercises are combined the results are always incredible.

Yes you are right. As I posted that this morning I did about 15 minutes or more of clamping along with doing the SSJ while clamped on various parts of the shaft. Finally, I topped it off with the Bathmate for about 10 minutes before work then tied a bandage around penis to keep the extra blood in on my ride to work where I took it off. I came home today and looked at my penis and it's just about the exact size it was when I finished this morning. I think this will be my new routine to break 200.

It's just like it was when I was body building super-sets always brought the fastest gains.
