Hello everyone, I haven't been on here for sometime though I've still been on my P.E. game. Around the last time I had posted on here it was about a gain I had made where I finally passed my 6 inch mark plateau. Prior to that gain I slowed down on actual length exercises and just did SSJ's on a constant basis, basically around anytime I could touch my penis. If I could get in one 30 sec rep I did it. After about two weeks of that I added a new length routine which I thought had given me my gain. About a week and a half after that gain my size began fluctuating as I stopped the SSj's and only did the length. So I went back to doing both and one night I was doing a session and squeezed extremely hard and kept on kegeling then clamping, kegeling then clamping etc. until my head felt as if it were about to explode. Tons of veins I haven't seen before were engorged and bulging out of my penis. And I thought "this would be a good time to do an SSJ" lol. So I did (I do not know if this is how everyone does them but obviously it was new to me) and the expansion I got was ridiculous and I had done the session for a long time.
Now for about the past 3 weeks I had stopped with a length routine and only been doing SSJ's in this fashion and try to get in at least 30 mins of it throughout my entire day. In which now I realized I had cemented my length gain with it, every erection I am past that 6 inch mark and I am also fatter and harder. I am going to keep doing this only with no length routine because I really want to see that if this way can give length gains let alone amazing girth. I figure it could because prior to the bending of the stretch I am filling up my penis with so much blood it has to go somewhere so I'm assuming up (longer) lol. If anything I'll be back to post if it actually does give both length and girth. And if someone has already proved this, I'm tight because I wasted alot of time typing :/
