I told you yesterday in another thread that I train all day every day with as much intensity as I can muster up. for myself I believe in the more I can get him the bigger I can get. This is not popular with some men as they find gains come quicker with less work. My thoughts are the exact opposite.

SRT 24 Hour Workout


This routine can be used as a permanent workout for those who can afford the time or used as a temporary routine to kick start gains if you are at a plateau. This looks like a lot of work but remember, much of the time you will be wearing your SizeGenetics, Phallosan or the modified combination of the Phallosan and the SizeGenetics dubbed the PhalloGenetics. Approximately 16-20 hours of the day will be spent in this way of training. This may be different for each man depending on his sleep habits. The rest of the training is based on the original SRT Routine. In the sense of active PE you will be doing about 2.5 hours of training broken up in small sessions between SizeGenetics/Phallosan, LengthMaster and the BathMate. This routine has been created for those who want to make extremely fast gains and have the time to dedicate to it.

Morning start:
1 set of basic stretching to warm up for extender work.

Basic Stretching:
Basic Stretching: 1 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

After Basic Stretching
Attach SizeGenetics or Phallosan and prepare for 8 hours of stretching. Every 60 minutes the SizeGenetics or Phallosan should be taken off to get in a set of basic stretching and reattached to ensure good traction. Over about an hours time traction can be lost. The basic stretching will return good circulation and also add to the total length gained over time.

After the 8 hours in the SizeGenetics/Phallosan you will want to break for an hour. After this hour break you will do your girth routine. This should take approximately 30-60 minutes.


Girth Program: 5x5x3

First Set

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity

Second Set
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity

Third Set
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity

After this is finished you will want to do 5 minutes of BathMate HardCore Stretching to help with length and expressive gains.

Allow for a good massage after this workout and give yourself an hour before starting your evening length routine using the LengthMaster.

EXPRESSIVE STRETCHING
2 sets of 5 Minutes Low Grip LengthMaster Stretches. This is where you will attach your LengthMaster very low on your shaft to train internal penis. These are referred to as Expressive Stretches.

After the LengthMaster work you will want to remain extended until bedtime and this will be done in a light passive way. Using ACE wrap do Uncle Jims Wrap until you are ready for bed. If you are having sex you can modify to fit your schedule.

At this point your are about to go to bed so you will want to attach your Phallosan in a comfortable position at a medium/light tension. This will be worn throughout the night while you sleep. It will take some time and practice to become comfortable with this but it is a very big part of this routine and should not be skipped. It should be practiced until mastered.

Supplementation
If you want to use a supplement to help with gains look at the TITAN pills. They are inexpensive and have all the same ingredients as the higher priced pills you will find on the market. Remember to eat smart meals to give you proper energy. I also suggest a healthy exercise routine if you are overweight with a fat pad. A fat pad can hide much of your penis so putting a weight loss program into effect will be good because it will help expose penis you already have under your fat pad. When this is added to length gained you will see double the gains by visual and active gaining.

Rest Days
Some men will be able to do this daily others may need rest so really listen to your body. If you need rest go 1 day on 1 day off. If this is still not enough rest go for 1 day on 2 days off.

For men who have been at a plateau this routine will be a great way to jump start you gains.
