i just joined and am amazed that so many people found this stuff to work

I am planning to start today but had questions.

After reading DLD first routine.. I thought i'd start with that but I didnt understand how to do all the different stractches, is there like a video tutorial or something?

Also re these gains permanent? nd how long till they are permanent?

I have open plan house so privacy isnt easy is there like a quick way to do this stuff without the whole routine?

Can I do this stuff and still have sex or i wait till i stop exercising? How long after a routine can I have sex?

sorry for all of this but im so happy i found this but dont wanna create problems for myself nd my piece

Do the newbie routine. There really aren't any shortcuts to it but the entire newbie routine shouldn't take more than an hour per day and the length and stretch portions can be split. I suggest doing length first.

I started the newbie routine yesterdy but when i started to stretch i kept getting an erection

so i wited for that to go and then started jelqing but by about 60-70 jelqs i couldnt take no more nd had to xum.

how do i solve this problem

Some people find "wanking":p before stretching is actually detrimental to a fruitful session. I am one of those people.

Finally....I havent done anything for a while because this aklways happens I have a wank and start the strech but i found no gains.

How do you deal with this situation?
 
If erections are getting in the way of you stretching, then try girth work first. After you've done your girth routine if you still get those "troublesome" erections then you can try the good old masturbation-stretch portion of your workout. Penile Enlargement is an exercise in experimenting with your body to accomplish a goal. So, go experiment (wisely of course) and see what you can accomplish.

Why so hepcat? What do you feel is the problem? Is it fatigued and spongy after your masturbation? If it is, isn't that the best time to stretch? Sorry if the question is stupid, but I want to get as much knowledge from everyone as possible.;) ;)
 
Everyone's different. I find that after I masturbate my dick retracts and doesn't want to comply with being stretched.
 
I have the same problem as you do, but I think I found a way how to do it optimum. Masturbation stoppers. Start-stop. Stop when about to jerk. That is PC muscle fitness and fatigued, good for stretch dick. It works for me really good, btw. After I do it around 5-6 times in a row. Try if you want and if you do please tell if you find it good.
 
That doesn't work for me since if I get hard without busting a nut I'm going to have a hard time staying flaccid.;)
 
Masturbation needs to be disciplined and the source of erotic material needs to ®emain as innocent in nature as possible. I have been doing many readings, studies and other work in the masturbation mental and physical in nature. Please look for this study in the next few days.
