I bought my Bathmate about 4 months ago. for the first two and a half months i was using it everyday for 20 mins. about a month or two after i got my Bathmate i found out about jelqing. so i started to jelq before using my Bathmate. i worked my way from 50 a day to 200 a day, and i've been doing 200 a day for over 3 months now, and i'm not seeing any change at all. i had to move in wit the in-laws, so its kinda hard for me to use my Bathmate regularly, so i've rarely been using that for the past month and a half, but i've still been jelqing like a fucking fiend! i've tried EVERYTHING! i tried gripping it harder, stroking slower, different lubes, different stiffness, nothing seems to make any progress. the only thing its doing is making my dick beat fucking red every day all day. even if i go a day without doing it, i got a small red dick. i did notice some improvements in the begining when i was using my Bathmate along wit it, but they were temporary, and i was told that eventually it would be permanent. i'm back to where i started 4 months ago with a red dick! any suggestions? pointers? i found the love of my life and i have 2 little kids wit her and shes a bit of a sex addict so i want to make her as pleased as possible. SOMEONE PLEASE...HELP ME!!!
 
Okay.

First off, Bathmate is primarily a girth tool, so you can't expect much length gains, if any. Unless you use it immediately after a length session (manual stretching, hanging etc) and then do DLD hardcore Bathmate stretches with it, which is basically getting a good pump and trying to pull the pump off you penis while pumped in various directions, which will cause a stretch.

Second, you will get discoloration from pumping. It may be permanent. I haven't pumped in months and my dick is still discolored, darker. My penis is also girthier, so that's cool.

The reason you aren't gaining is because you are doing the same thing every day. Penis Enlargement is like lifting weights or running. The body adapts quickly to exercise, so you must always be pushing the bar. The key is to start very slow so you don't set that bar too high, and make very small increments towards your goal. I'll be honest with you - if you want the cock of your dreams, you will likely be doing a heck of a lot of Penis Enlargement. Maybe two sessions of pumping in a day, maybe three, but in time. Not yet.

I'll give you two routines which worked for me. You can give them a try and see how it goes.

first routine: I suggest doing this routine for two months, or until you stop noticing gains. But you should continue to notice gains if you keep upping the intensity.
- Start off with a warm up
- Do 200 regular jelqs
- Pump for 5 minutes - start off low pressure but throughout the 5 minutes, keep pumping to add pressure. Don't go fast, do what you can handle. If you pump too much too quickly, you'll just be wasting your time and making your dick hurt the next day, which fucks up your next workout. I would say don't get to full pressure on the pump until a week into this routine
- Do 100 slow jelqs
- Do 150 jelqs at various angles (down, to the side, up etc) and various speeds
- Pump for 5 minutes
- Do 100 regular jelqs

** Make sure you are 95%-100% erect when jelqing and when you're sliding into the Bathmate and pumping.

Now here is the most important part of this routine:
Each night, Add this to the routine:
- 10 more regular jelqs
- 15 seconds more of time in the pump
- 5 more slow jelqs
- 5 more jelqs at various angles
- 15 seconds more time in the pump
- 10 more regular jelqs

In time, this routine will take long. After a few weeks, you could add a third set of pumping at the end, after the regular jelqs. Just stay in the pump for whatever time you happen to be at after the 15 second increments. (Should be around 8.5 minutes after two weeks)

I'd do this routine until you're at 15-20 minutes at a time in the pump. You can add more reps/minutes in pump as you see fit once you get the hang of it and your body clues (your penis telling you that it can handle more and will gain from it)

Second routine:

This is after you've stopped gaining with that routine - and give the first routine a fair go. Do it proper and stick to it.

300 jelqs
6 minutes in pump, followed by 1 minute out of the pump, then back into the pump again for 6 minutes. Do 6 sets of 6.
At the end, do 600 jelqs (or more if you feel you can handle it and won't be over training).
You can mix it up by doing some jelqs in between sets if you want. Note that the pump in your penis will go down during this time, but it's still good to get in jelqs between sets then back into the pump.
You can add more time to the 6 minute sets, or add more sets, in time
You can do this routine twice a day, or three times a day, in time. IF your body can take it. Over training is worse than under training.

These are pretty basic pumping/jelqing routines.

After time, you can get into clamping
Check out all the other advanced manual girth exercises. There is more than just jelqing. But this is with time.

WHY NOT MILK GAINING WITH SIMPLE ROUTINES AND EXERCISES WHILE YOU CAN?? NO SENSE JUMPING INTO ADVANCED STUFF WHEN YOU CAN GAIN WITH SIMPLE EXERCISES.
This is the most important idea of Penis Enlargement.

Just start slow. Penis Enlargement is a long time commitment. There is no getting the dick of your dreams in set amount of time. The guys that have gained that here are lucky, dedicated, and found something that works for them. Penis Enlargement is tricky because it's not really studied and everyone reacts different.

Well good luck. Hope you start gaining. Also check out some beginner length routines too. Those help with overall size.

Jelqing is good for penis health,more prominent veins and maintaining EQ.You can gain size but it will take time.

To speed up your gains I would suggest 2 things...add in at least 15 minutes of manual stretching a day (all at once or 3 times 5 minutes).
Wrap your dick in the ace bandage to keep it elongated as it heals from your Penis Enlargement work.Most of the gains we make depend on what you are doing when you are not Penis Enlargement'ing .This is what DLD calls SRT therapy.

The Bathmate can cause discoloration to the penis skin...over time it fades .Use some vitamin E cream every night before bed to speed up the process.Its worked for me .I don't pump anymore until DLD comes out with his device to treat discoloration.

Having all options is best, different applications will effect everyone differently. I am the kind of person that likes to have everything at my disposal when learning a new method. SizeGenetics gives a lot of options but MOS also offers some modifications that also rock. I suggest trying it all, it could be the difference between making great gains and not.
 
well thanks a lot for all the feedback guys. i've been doing 300+ jelqs a day and have been using the Bathmate more often, and using pulling methods with it. we'll see how this works for me. i have noticed that if i do like 200 jelqs, then do my 20 min Bathmate, and try to jelq afterwords it hurts. it seems that the bloodflow is too much after that long of a Bathmate use. like i said i live in a house wit 11 ppl, so its hard for me to use my Bathmate several times a day, pretty much just when im in the shower.

I think 20 min is too long for a beginner, gotta work up to that amount of time...

I used to own one , I sold mine on ebay when I needed money ,lol . but it was great ,i would put on boxer's and wear it for hours ,while i'm on my computer ,watching tv , doing stuff . (i don't know how you guys have the time to jelq everyday ) . anyway , i highly recommend it for length gains.
they take your flaccid girth measurements before they make one for you .easy to remove or put on .
