Hi I am very grateful that this site exists and hope that you do not mind answering a few questions and review my routine

  • started about one month ago with the hydro max 7. BPEL 7.5 aim 8.5 in 12 months
  • i have a bit of a curve so prefer to measure bone pressed to the side rather than above. The difference between the two seems to be 1/4 inch so I have averaged the two measurements. Is this ok?
  • I have not made any noticable/measurable gains yet but flaccid size looks great and EQ has definitely improved.
  • I have recently purchased an ADS similar to the Phallosan. Very comfortable velco’d around the leg . I had a bit of a problem with cold dick for a bit but purchased a larger sleeve and things have improved. How long do you recommend to wear this as a newbie? 2-4 hours per day
  • I am awaiting delivery on an SG copy and will introduce this. Is this preferable/greater efficacy than the stretcher I currently use
  • my routine at present is bathmate 3-4 times per week 15 mins.
  • 150 jelqs per day plus 3 mins stretching BTC
  • I have seen conflicting information about erect vs flaccid when using the bathmate. Please could somebody clarify this. I do struggle getting hard for the bathmate and do not want to watch ����.
  • I am just entering the dome portion of the BM and find it painful to push into my pubis as it seems maxed out. Should I get the next size up?
  • I am trying to keep things simple. I could use the BM more but I hate baths and the shower does not yield great sessions

1. 1inch is pretty doable. You can look up for more, Become the next __________!

2. To be honest I don't really stress the numbers that much, you know your size, good, you find that way easier to measure? Well do it that way.

2.1 Do you mean is bent towards one side or peyronie's?

3. Well one month is too soon, actually you could have made some mm gains, I would adventure and say at least: 1 mm.
4. 6hrs as a minimum, every week write a log on how you felt each day, if after 2 weeks you feel comfortable wearing it more than 6hrs per day, increase the time under tension by 1hr.
5. Traction extenders will bring gains faster, why? You may ask.
Simple = Traction rod extender = Fixed position, the weight applied its not gonna change, but an ADS as soon as you move, the force is no longer the same as before.
6. I would recommend you to not go beyond 10min. I have over pumped and I have nasty discoloration that I am trying to get rid of. Trust me, don't go beyond 10 min. Problems like this and stretch marks on your dick are not fun. I would advise you against doing 15min pumping sessions.

Rather do more sets = Better outcome
7. Do you do 3-5s strokes as a minimum? What erection level do you have when doing them?
8. Always erect. Flaccid pumping yield no erect gains. Only flaccid size. I mean yeah over time you flaccid will convert to erect size, but erect pumping is the way to go, the more blood that fills the CC the thicker the unit you will have.
Try using 25mg viagra, since you are pumping x3 per week at max, it's not gonna make you dependant on it. It will simply aid in more expansion, as is a PDE5 inhibitor.

MORE BLOOD = More expansion = More girth == 1+1 = 3

9. Yeah, Hydromax 7 is only for 7 - 7.5 if we push it, but you will be more comfortable inside the Hydromax 9 or you can buy a pump from the shop, half the price, same results.

I can give you a recommendation based on your current girth size, and your girth goal size.
10 . Heat is what yields greater sessions. HEAT + WATER = You will love the shower sessions.
