Well im a bit depressed right now...

I have just been diagnosed with low testosterone levels and have been told i have probably had them through puberty.

This would be the reason why i have such a thin penis.

I feel very depressed at the moment knowing that my man hood is not al lit could be because there is somehting wrong with my manly hormone.

my EG is 4.5 and EL is 6" however when flacid i swear there is only a head sitting there. It explains probably why i have such bad turkey neck as the ksin has devleoped to the size to hold the penis it should have there.

Once i start tetsosterone rpelacement there is no chance in my penis being fixed is there?
 
Cheer up, mate. My EL is the same as yours, but EG is 4''
In fact getting to where you are with Girth, is one of my goals!
 
Dont worry mate. You have come to the right place. I was the same statistics as scythe, but within 6 weeks of MOS program phase 1, i have gained half in in length and 0.5 inches in girth. My stats was 6 1/4 NBPenis EnlargementL 4 MSEG. now i am 6 3/4 NBPenis EnlargementL 4 1/2 MSEG. All in six weeks!
I know its not a lot, buts amazing to start seeing something.
I have tried MOS program with little success because i thoight i knew best.
The most important thing is warm up and down! If you dont do this, the CC tissues cannot expanded as they are not relaxed. Therefore, little or no expansion means little or no gains.
This has been my routine for the last 6 weeks.

Warm up for 5-10minutes.
30 minutes manual, to stretch the ligs and penis tissues.
Another warm up! I believe this is the key!
300-600 wet jelqs and another warm down.

This is phase 1, try it but be warned, there should never be any pain what so ever. But you should feel a slight tension when stretching, this is normal. Do not give yiur self and injury. Take it slow. Your penis is like yiur heart, you have to exercise slow and as your penile gets fitter you increase intensity and time.
With the turkey necking, if you have look at the forums they will a skin stretching exercise to reduce or cure you of your turkey neck.

With hard work, time and dedication you see your goals.

And do not measurr after every session! Becuase you will not see any benefits like this. And you will also de-motivate yourself. Once a months, recording stats.

Could you please tell me how many rest days you took? I am doing Phase I as well.
 
hello sythe, as a fellow Penis Enlargementer ill let you into my secrets. hahah.

first off its all about technique. you have to feel the stretching and expansion through your penis with every manual stretch and jelq that you do. or its not working. but remember stretch and expansion is not pain!

this is my routine so to date.
i will change it if i have to, if i hit a plateou, or proceed to phase 2.

the ligs connecting my penis are very tough and stiff. and i never really got a benefit from the first day doing just the amount of strectches DLD specified. so i modified the phase a little bit.

i always warm up before any exercise. i believe the more relaxed you are, the more expansion and stretch you get out of each workout. thus better gains!
here goes:

DLD Lazy ass stretch, couple of times a day.
warm up. 5-10 mins in a bath.
i do the basic stretching as on phase 1 on the dvd.but i also do additional rotary stetches not supporting the base so i get a good workout on my ligs, as mine are very tough and stiff.
DLD plyometric stretches.
then i warm up again. which i feel works best!
600 2-3 second wet jelqs using vaseline. im at about 75-80% when i do this. but its hard to keep erection levels up when not aroused. this is where i practice my kegelling to try to keep erection levels up.
i warm up again. then i try to do 50-100 wet jelqs at 100% erection level. i have not always been able to complete 100, neither 50 sometimes, depending how hard the intesity is. but i feel that if your at 100% erection level, and you jelq above that level to 100%+ then you are gaining that extra percentage.
then i finish off with a couple of helicoptor swings and a warm down or 10 mins.

i feel this is working for me at the minute. but as i said, i accommodate my workout according to how my penis feels throughout the workout. it shouldnt feel painful, but a nice sore fatigued penis workout.

i have just purchased the Bathmate hydropump so i will be giving that a go tonight to see if i can accommodate that into my workout. just some light pumping to expand my penis girth even more. i have heard great things about this device!

i always do 2 days, 1 day off. this works best i think because you have to let you body heal. once its healed then you can start to workout and tear penile tissue again, ready for it to heal bigger and stronger.

at some point im going to try an all day stretch device like fast size extender or maleedge, but for the momemt, im happy whilst im gaining.
