The size blasters is a very good exercise and a plateau breaker. @MosMaster You have to look into this exercise. Now is the time to start a new exercise that you haven't done before. Going from 8 to 9 is going to be tough unless you do new exercises.

I didn't see this message until now. Yes both of them are the same. Check my length master videos, I have it demonstrated there.

So I added a 2nd LM session, I'm doing:
20 min erect stretching, by hand

Length Master:
30 min BTC expressive bundles
20 min DLD bundled blasters

Did you try the BTC stretch yet?

I've not tried the BTC stretch yet. I want to wait until 9th of July before trying anything.
