Hello. I am a recovering ���� addict and i do not watch ���� and i am afraid of trying to get to a full erection. When i was 21 i am sure i had a 21 cm in length and 15 cm in girth. (8x6 inches). During my no fap journey i didnt use my penis as often and i am afraid i have lost size. Now my flaccid stretched length is 19 cm but my erected length is 16 cm. Is this possible ? I just started the newbie routine 1 week ago. Can anyone please help me ? Is there a connection between stretched flaccid length and erected length ? Is it possible that i have lost size or is it possible that flaccid stretched length to be bigger than erected length ? And if i have lost the size will i gain it faster than if i have never had it before ? Thank you guys.
 
Hello, and welcome to the site.

It sounds to me, like its your EQ [Erection quality] to blame, rather then a loss of size.

This is because, your flaccid stretched length [FSL] is your maximum bone pressed erect length [BPEL] and is used to track gains before they reach permanency, because you see it in the FSL before the BPEL.

Its possible you didn't measure 100% correctly when you got 21cm, or, if you did PE at the time, the gains [growth] wasnt cemented, and made permanent.

This is due to FSL always being the size or your maximum erect length.

So, if you have lost anysize, it would have been temporary from penis enlargement, or, if you didn't do PE at the time, you won't have lost size, and what you see now is down to either or both, an error in past measurements, which is common, always use the same point to measure from i.e. use Bone pressed against he pubicbone from the same angle with the same ruler if you can.

And, a change in your EQ which is affects size. Things like illness, stress, colds can all affect EQ.

I think its a mixture of both in varying degrees, and the best course of action is from today start a fresh, with a new measurement using FSL with a ruler you will always use, on the same spot, same angle, same position either sat or stood, but do the same eachtime.

Check the newbie routine, which is powerful even though its called newbie.

I know that, clearing the slate and starting up fresh is always a positive way forwards, and, imho this is what you need here.

Don't look back at past measurements after today, have your current FSL, forget the erect stuff for awhile, lets concentrate on the newbie routine, the length only part of you like, and in several months time your FSL will have changed, which translates into a larger erect size.
 
Thank you. I have never done PE before. The main question was if Flaccid stretched length = maximum erected length. I am now doing the full newbie routine 3 times a week and will be progressing to 7 days a week. So, if my Flaccid stretched length is 19 does that mean that this is my erected length even if i am new to PE ? Thanks again.

Your bone pressed flaccid stretched size is your future bone pressed erect length. This gives you a window into your future size. They were always be a difference between these two measurements even as you grow larger and larger.
 
I think that the BPFSL will always be bigger than the BPEL because when you measure your stretched flaccid length the expansion is only lengthwise. But when you measure BPEL there is a trade off between length and girth expansion due to the blood inside the CC.
Also for example i have an upward curve at high EQ and thats affect my length, but when i measure BPFSL the curve does not exist.

Anyway BPFSL is the best indicator for gains in my opinion because if you are consistent with the way you measure you dont need 100% EQ and differences in EQ does not affect your measurements. Every time i see a gain in BPFSL after some time my BPEL will catch up, but of course there is a delay and it requires some time. Although even when my BPEL catch up there is always an 1 cm difference.

My hypothesis is that the delay happens because there is a new space in CC(length gain) and the body does not know how to fill it yet. So better EQ and EQ improvement exercises will help to manifest the BPFSL gain into a BPEL gain.

Great post. When we measure flaccid-stretched bone-pressed we are seeing a window into the future gains that will be coming. As we close the gap in this difference between erect and flaccid bone pressed measurements a new gap appears in and process repeats itself.

Many people have a longer flaccid stretched penis than erect penis. You don't have a problem brother. If you are not satisfied with your current penis size, get yourself a length master and a bathmate or mityvac. PE is so much fun if you can make a daily habit.

Some people don't see erect gains in a 3 months period but during that same 3 months period, they made flaccid gains. People in such a situation tend to conclude that their routine is not working.
