Guys, if you haven't tried these, try them asap!
Insane exercise, gave me freaky expansion both lenght and girth, ten days ago I couldn't perform it well, but now they are only part of my routine with some manual stretching, in few days I gained some flaccid lenght and girth, but my erect penis is amazing, when I've put tape to measure up girth my heart started pounding like war drums I was so happy, of course it is not cemented gain, but still it's nice to see wider dick and feel it thicker in hand...wow... guy who brought up this exercise is a hero :D

Whoa my brother, it is struggle to catch behind the head cos of the hardness, but I manage it somehow.
As for performing, first of all, I massage it a bit (I see it ok to massage) to get erection, when get it 100% I dig in my base with overhand grip (easier to me), man dig as much as possible! Then kegel up some more blood, you will be watching your cock all engorged.
When do that, I grip just below the head also with overhand grip cos its easier for me, and pull outwards with both hands at the same way, and hoding it for thirthy sec...
In that time, you should feel GOOD PAIN thats how I call it, after thirthy secs or more if you have strenght, release both grips and stretch it a bit in all directions...

I don't get any pain at this moment, but I have reached a type of burn during a good rep.

You SHOULDN'T feel sharp pain, ddonnt worry how should it feel, you'll recognize right feeling, just keep doing it, and you will find out...
Tkto man, can you tell me, is it bad when strething little more harder to see ligs all over dick or is it okay? You know maybe?
 
You can see your base ligs? I thought those were too deep, but idk how Russian dick is designed. I assume you stretch downwards then, I don't think its bad as long as you hover over over the safe zone for stretching ligs which is right before you start doing reds "burners". To me this zone is a very intense stretch that feels a bit warm in the target ligs, but if I apply any more strength it can get painful.

But that is when I flaccid stretch. Remember size blasters are really new boss only you,dld, and I are doin them as far as I know.

Everyday it will get bigger as long as you put the work in. The SRT Size Blaster is an excellent exercise that covers both length and girth and when done correctly post workout is always bigger in both length and girth. Just remain consistent with this exercise and you will grow exponentially. It is one of my newest exercises that focuses on multiple parts of the penis and I am also working on a few more exercises that do the same. But I have to say the the SRT Size Blaster is one of the most powerful exercises out. I am surprised that not too many men have jumped onto this exercise but with every exercise I create it takes time to catch on. Yo dawg remember I was surprised that u can see your suspensor ligs? Now i can clearly see mine when i flaccid stretch.

Also dld i was feeling around my inner dik, and i hadn't noticed but there's a bunch of structure around it.
On the bottom there's a convolution of stuff that felt a little tender that day, on the sides there's some type of ribs going on. All this stuffs normal right?

Very normal. Remember, there is much more inside you than just the penis so it does take some getting used to feeling wise.
 
Thanks bra, I could have gotten worried that I had hurt myself. My shaft also has alot of different textures including sort of little rib type of lines running parallel to it. I just said "its my penis changing as i train" there not arteries for sure cuz I don't feel a pulse.
They are so thin that I dont see a reason to worry, its just that lymphosele (fukin dum bich) that has me a lil bummed, but my Jesus keeps me positive, and hopeful that it'll get better.

Idk, at least I can say I know how to to do it and there are some others here who got it (according to their descriptions). It's not that hard to understand imo.
