Well I've had to put the SG on the shelf whilst it heals. I'm happy and annoyed at the same time. At least it means the left side of my penis knows I'm not accepting it's curve or shortcomings anymore!

It's settling. It's not so noticeable when erect but more so when flaccid. Will give it 7 days more to heal and then I'm resuming my SG training with or without this stretch mark. Still doing bundles and clamping.

Hydrocortisone should be used on the face (a pea sized amount) directly after shaving, this will prevent wrinkles in the future. I am close to 50 and I have no one wrinkle. After PE and cleaning up, apply a pea size amount to the penis and scrotum, rub in well. This will eliminate redness, itching and soreness.

Yes, I look like I am in my 30's and I do credit most of it to my genetics but also a good potion to my consistent use of Hydrocortisone on my face.

I was doing some deep tunica work and only then noticed the trauma PE inflicts on the dick. Was doing stretches to remove my turkey neck too. Deffo a fan of using hydrocortisone daily, when we train as hard as we do, we need something to keep the penis happy and smooth

I use hydrocortisone after every session too. It's great for avoiding irritation.

Yup, as soon as there is any irritation or redness and itchiness, you use a dab and it heals it all. We should have it in stock for sale by the end of next week.
