This routine which consist of using the SG is draining me mentally I will have to focus more on getting rid of my fat pad. I've always preferred getting rid of my fat pad completely and working on girth instead. Come to think of it, I'm already 8 inches bone pressed and I still have a fat pad that is about 1 inch big. Why not concentrate on the diet and pumping only?

I'm dying mentally with all this constant length work which is very difficult for me. I'm a musical artiste even though I'm yet to attain stardom therefore, it is only right that I have a flat tummy due to my career. It's easier for me to stick to a diet and pump than to eat whatever I like and do length work. I'm sorry guys but the pain of using the SG is something I cannot cope with. I forced myself through so much pains to use the SG yesterday. Today I have used the SG 1 hour, 55 mins and 35mins. The discomfort is just too much I cannot take it at all. I'm done with this shit called length. Once again, I've wasted my hard earned money to buy the SG traction device for the 4th time. I want to get rid of my fat pad completely before I can decide whether to seek more length or not.

I need suggestions, but please do not encourage me to use the SG anymore. What I want to know is the positive change I will get if I can get rid of my 1 inch fat pad, will that translate to 1 inch in length?
 
First of all in order to get rid off that fat pad you have to lose a lot of weight.especially if you have a lot of fat on your waist.that means your genes is made to have more fat in that area.second even if you loose all your fat that doesnt mean that your skin will go all the back and reveal the 1''.But definatly it will be much bigger.the best thing is not just doing diet.but combine things.like diet gym and length routine even if thats not including the sg.
 
Personally I've tried a couple extenders...

I don't care for them at all.

I think a vacuum based system is far superior for comfort and ease of wearing for many, many hours.

I agree with what you said, I'm a fat person by birth and despite all my cardio exercise combined with some prescription for weight loss I took, I didn't lose all the belly fat, the part closer to my chest went down but the other area of my stomach bellow has more fat. I think the bottom is the center of all the fat in my stomach area. I used a ruler to measure my fat pad by placing the ruler right beneath the fat pad close to my penis and It was almost 2 inches. Is that the length of my fat pad? I believe I can see a full 1 inch if I get rid of the fat pad completely. My length goal is 9 inches and I'm currently 8 inches bone pressed. Secondly, I cannot combine length and girth in one day using the SG or length master. The only device for length that is a last option is the Phallosan Forte and I have heard it can be used together with the Bathmate on the same day.

Right now I cannot afford the Phallosan Forte atleast for now until 2 to 3months time so I want to stick to dieting, gym and girth work until I can buy the Phallosan Forte and combined both devices together but getting rid of my fat pad is my ultimate goal for length.

Are you referring to the Phallosan Forte?

While I'm well above average in girth, I'm just maybe 1/2 - 1" above average in length. So I've been trying things sporadically for a number of years... Because nothing worked particularly well (like some extender that had 3.5" "flaps" of rubber to wrap around the penis, distributing force along the length as well as the circumference).

The VacExtender seems to work - in that once the sleeves open up a bit, I can wear it for 3-4 hours at a time, sometimes longer. But I'd NEVER wear it overnight.

But in the end the PF looks to be the "end all" of vac based extenders... I've spent well over that amount with all the other crap I tried, so trust me in that you could end up wasting a lot of money on other things before finally getting the gold standard.

Now the only issue is - is that they are apparently releasing 3 new products soon according to Julian. I am hesitant to make the jump to the current product while not knowing what else might be coming.
 
I feeæ you man! I hated every secpnd of sg use aswell. Now im in the phallosan and sg combo "phallogenetics"

And it kicks monkey balls. I can not recommend it enough.

The comfort is without comparison. I mean i have on more than 1 occation went to the bathroom to put it on only to realize it was already on.

And i had the same feeling with sg.

Kept trying to improve wrapping. Etc. But nothing worked. And in the end i felt like i was hurting my penis. Strapping it in.

So ye i agree.

I have heard good things about the VLC tugger aswell if money is an issue.

But really. Wrapping in my opinion is not for long time work. Only for short work like hanging and lenghtmaster.

I believe that we will see alot more of vacuum solutions in the future!

Dont let the stress effect your PE...finding a different way maybe the LM,dont get to anxious about it...calm down n enjoy your routine:) besides you have a great size now i think you are 7+NBPEL thats amazing bro
 
Yes short, I'm 7+NBP now but I really want to get to 9inches. It's evening now and I'm telling myself to try and manage the sg until I can afford the phallosan. I will see if I can use the sg tomorrow. Thanks wazedi, aimingforthetop and gnome2.

The velcro mod for the extender is so much better than the strap they give you. It's so comfy and secure. Also, silicone sleeves are a great wrap because they go on and off in like a second and they're super comfy.

I would suggest hanging with a lengthmaster for the quickest, laziest way to gain length. You just sit on a padded stool or padded arm of a chair with the weight hanging down and chill for 20-40 minutes and you're done. Leaning back or to the sides periodically increases the tension on the ligaments. Manually stretch, jelq, and ssj for a bit afterwards for a good finisher.

Thanks for the recommendation tb007. I've used the velcro mod before. I think the only way to use the sg is to wear it at a very low tension.

i understand the irritation and pain ur going through....
bro trust me,,,,,,try this homemade shit out i made,,,,,,, its not costly at all.......atleast try it and then make your decision.....it will take a couple of trys to get the correct grip and fitting but u will like it cuz its cheap....
personally i would be satisfied at 8 and focus on growing in other aspects of life.....
 
Pogzee I will check the homemade stretcher you recommended. During my first session with the sg, I can wear it for 1hour without any pains. I start feeling pains from the second session. So today I want to do 1hour first and then do 30mins X6 which will be a total of 4hours. I prefer stretching at max tension and adjusting the screw bars during my session this is why I'm having problems. Let me try today and see how it goes.
 
Maybe use it with less tension for a few weeks until your dick gets used to it. I use a slider, at first I couldn't wear it for long, but now after months, 8-10 hours a day is no problem, and I can go 1 1/2 - 2 hours without a break. Don't give up on it yet

The thing is, I want to be 9.5 inches Bone pressed by 1st of December which means I have to max out all the rods that came with the SG and I enjoy stretching at max tension with the SG. If I use low tension my gains won't come as fast as I want it to. Today I wore the SG at high tension for 30mins X 8 which is 4 hours, I hope this translate to 4 hours meaningfully. I also used the length master for 30mins X 2 which is 1 hour. I'm addicted to using the length master. I believe if I am consistent with the SG, I will be able to wear it at max tension for 1 hour straight. I will be off from tomorrow until 9th of June. I will resume my routine with strong force by 10th of June.
 
huge-girth, if u do not like the SG then try Phallosan. But u sould try to find a way to use the sg. There are so many guys that have gained with sizegenetics, i have read millions of guys that have gained with sg but i do not know any that have gained with Phallosan. Usually the extender results are from SG. Personaly i am trying this PF right now so i will let u know if i gain from it.

You must find a lenght routine, do not give up u have to get to 9.

Thanks for the motivation Commodore. My zeal has been renewed and fueled to max. Thanks for confirming the mystery of the Phallosan, I cannot see any meaningful testimonial on this forum so it makes me always contemplate whenever the thoughts of buying the Phallosan comes to mind. I've gained from SG use before when I used it for only one month. The trick behind great gains with the SG is to adjust the screw bars every 15mins in a 30mins session or every 30mins in a 1hour session. I have perfected this trick of using the SG. In every one month of use, I'm capable of gaining almost half inch but the down side is that the constant wearing and taking off the SG at intervals drains me mentally. But I'm ready to die with it.

This bit of information should be taken very seriously by anyone using the SizeGenetics, these minor, timely adjustments can make all the difference in the world in bringing the fastest gains. If you strap and go, without making the adjustments, things will lose up and give less tension. Following Huge's advice is so important.
