I'm happy to say that my semester ends tomorrow. I now have as much time to do PE as I please. I want to break up my schedule into 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night. Should I do this and do you think that this amount of time put into it will produce gains faster or should I just stick with my usual hour sessions morning and night? I want to really gain some girth and am not to concerned with length but of course it would be nice and I wouldn't complain if one of my sessions of the day was focused on it. If you had the time I had and wanted to really see some gains what do you think would be best to do? Should I do one exercise during my whole session or should I do multiple? I have a penis pump but no other equipment besides a clamp. My current routine has been 20 min jelq leading up to 5 slow squash jelqs followed by 20 min clamp, then 5 SSJ and finish with 20 min jelq. Totaling a little over an hour. Im trying to fill in my erect length because i'm a about 1.25 inch longer BPSFL and I want to reach it and this is why I'm not too concerned with primarly length work although I would like 9 inches BFEL and I'm currently 7.5 BPEL with BPSFL hitting around the 8.75 mark. In the morning I usually do some stretches or edging and occasionally clamp. My morning sessions vary and are usually about 30-60 mins and I don't do these everyday. I'm open to any suggestions about what I should do with my new free time. Should I blast some exercises for the month until Spring semester starts and just return to a less intense regime? What are your guy's thoughts? Girth is about 5' maybe a tad less midshaft. I'd say it makes my member look weak lol.

4 hours of pe for one month.

30+ MINS OF SSJ,

CHECK the SRT girth routine you could get what you look for there

The split hours sound good. Do multiple exercises in one session. Do your intense regime before your next semester starts, take advantage of it.

I've made decent gains in a month going at it that much, so I'd say it's entirely feasible you could achieve something meaningful in that time. But you'll need to spend time cementing them. The faster you make the gains the longer they take to cement. It's an equilibrium thing.

1. You'll probably end up injured

2. You'll end up burned out

3. You'll quit for good

PE is a marathon not the 100m. You would do better doing 30 minutes a day , every day rather than these explosive marathons. Are you going to work out at a gym lifting weights 4 hrs. a day because now "you have the time"? Try and tell me how it goes.

Injuries can always happen even in 20 minute sessions. Working out skeletal muscles is much different than the penis and for that matter Arnold Schwarzenegger was known to spend almost 6-8 hours in the gym at times. There is also videos on youtube of people who will shock their body by throwing in an 8 hour day in the gym. I appreciate you trying to give a reason for not to do it but these reasons aren't really that valid. Please be more constructive on how I could do this or why I shouldn't. How could I probably get injured? If you answer this it could help me see what I should do.

Correct. You just have to pay attention and pull back intensity if needed.

I sort of agree with Deadwood, except not the part about injuries per se. PE is definitely a marathon, and there is nothing you can do in a month that will make a HUGE difference in the long run. You will be much better off doing a reasonable routine for years rather than a crazy one for a month. Just my thoughts.

Well we will ignore the fact that Arnold has admitted to being on anabolics most of his career but whatever go ahead and knock yourself out. If you can do 4 hrs. go for it. Report how it goes.

I would suggest the newbie routine for stretches normal jelqs and slow squash jelqs. And try to start pumping every second day or so. Lots of kegels.Until you start to get conditioned and stop gaining. Then through in some bundled stretches into the beginning of your routines along with dld blasters right after, to go along with the routine. Increasing intensity in a marathon way slower over time. Try to keep extended after length routines with a ace wrap or a extender and or a phallogenetics. Wear a cock ring for 1 hour after girth work. Thats whats working best for me.

Wellcome to the Brotherhood 10INCHDESTINY! 4+ Hours a day? SRT is a must. It will be the smartest way to invest your time and make the fastest gains. Have no fear of it being too advanced as it spends 3 weeks getting your primed and ready. If using another routine still read through the first post in SRT, there are many things you can add to your routine that will help you gain and heal faster.

Thank you and I've been around here for quite some time and have a few posts not many. Mainly just lurking though. I've read a lot and have a lot of knowledge and have been PEing for almost 1.5 years now. I've made pretty consistent and decent gains. Easyily an inch in length but I think it's time to focus more on girth. I've read SRT and I actually was applying a lot of those methods before reading it. Such as bundled stretches before workouts. I started doing that about 4 months back. I'm a newbie by no means. I guess my main question is "Would 4+ hour sessions be worth it for this month? And if so what would be the best thing to do. I'm thinking SSJ and Clamping combined with erect stretches and bundled erect jelqs as main work out?"

Well there is the theory that if you go intense for the month but then once you decrease the amount your doing your results will slow or stop. If a man works on increasing the weight he can squat and goes hard for however long but then decides to decrease the time and intensity he puts into it he will not keep increasing the weight he can squat.

SO though you could see gains in this month it is possible it could have a negative impact on your future PE gains after it. If you have been making gains just keep building slowly. It is probably best not have such a drastic increase in time/intensity and then after the month is up drastically reduce it

All you need to know about intensity.
Do enough intensity you can handle.
If you can't then just back away a little.

I am very happy you have read SRT and have implemented some techniques, very wise move. 4 hours a day sounds like a blast to me. I would mix it up and get a variety of exercise in. If you are only looking for girth, only train for girth. Aside from the SlowSquashJelq there are many other girth exercises and routines to look at. Also, the BathMate/SSJ combination is the best girth routine. Also look at the DLD Size Blasters, another incredible exercise.

Sweet thanks. I have a pump(no gauge) but it holds a seal very well. It's not a bathmate so what should I do in order to get similar results?

You can follow the routine as it is written.

max pump for 5 minutes
SSJ for 5 minutes

max pump for 5 minutes
SSJ for 5 minutes

max pump for 5 minutes
SSJ for 5 minutes

end

Your length goal is very doable as long as you don't give up. Where you @?
