Hey bros do you guys think that a rest day is necessary if you feel you don't need it? Or is the formula to gains not missing a day unless you feel you really need it. Its good to know the anatomy of something before you can grow it :) give input lol
 
maybe you can go and exercise for a month non stop and take one day off or two that would help you to see your penis in a different way and see the new penis,Pe is something that gets in your mind and you are thinking about that 24/7 at least is something that happens to me even when i take breaks and i get no motivation...maybe if you invest 40 mins to an hour everyday for two to three months you will see great gains.Even if you take ona day off or two every month..
 
true ....there is no need to take a break in your length workouts till you feel the need arises or any pain. But for girth workouts if you feel your erection quality has decreased then take a day off or two and then get back to it.
And if your a newbie then do start with gaps or breaks in middle of workouts like 5 days workout with 2 days off or breaks inorder to avoid any injury or overtraining. This is how i did it when i began .i took it slow and easy.

From the Newbie Routine:

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

You are gonna be at your goal by summer, so NO REST DAYS! Only if you feel fatigued

there is a very thin
line between training and over training.......do consider the signs of a break when doing PE that will be pain, numbess , EQ , etc....

As for my gains yeah man imma bustbit open everyday and bust my a** till I get to my goal and about the ligs I am about to do the dld blasters for length like where you lay on your back and kegel so I know for sure they will be sore tomorrow so should I stretch even though they are gonna be sore (they always get sore from this) like do some light stretches or take off completely?

Expect some good log soreness from the DLD Blasters, they weakly hit the ligaments hard and can cause soreness the following day.

yes i saw it on youtube......he says if the penis is fatigued like it is after masturbation and it is sore and your erection quality is low...then it can be used as the best time to work on length gains as the penis is most vulnerable to faster cell division that time. the penis is already at its peak in cell divsion so pressure at that time will make gains faster.
 
After edging is the best possible time to do length, I am on a break now so I don't work, but I am edging almost every night.

ya i know bends are the hardest to fix as i need to focus on one point and not like a curve. still working on it:)
