I have been stretching for awhile now and usually it's for about 40 mins a session.But out of the few months that I have been stretching, I have never felt what I have been pulling the last 2 days.It happens when I stretch sitting with my left arm under my left thigh grabbing my shaft and pulling it down to the left.There is this feeling like I'm pulling something in the upper right hand corner of my fat pad just left of the upper right thigh.I can feel this a little when I do btc stretches but no other stretches.
So my ? for anyone reading this post is what the hell am I pulling.I think it's inner penis but I don"t know for sure, it does feel a little fatigue in that spot but no pain.

You are in the right place as certain structures, internally, be tighter than others and will send up becoming more fatigued in the beginning stages of training, the first 6 months or so. Just remain consistent and allow the unevenness even out. Once it has all things will stretch equally. I would focus a good 10 minutes a day towards Expressive Stretching and apply as many of the healing and gaining methods employed in the SRT Thread. I think you will do just fine!
 
All man dld himself awesome!!!!!!....I have started using srt.Not as good as I want to because I haven't gotten a Sg yet but as soon as I can afford to buy 1 I will.I put on a cock ring after my girth work outs usually consisting of ssj's, horse squeezes and uli's.Best thing of all is no underwear!I know if you can do it so can I seen as your in bean town and I'm in meriden ct (close to hartford).I was worried about the cold weather and no underwear but so far so good.I have been doing pe for 7 months and applying srt for 2 weeks.My stretch routine is 30 mins to 45 mins a day but I have only been doing it for 3 weeks.Before that I was doing 15 mins sessions then my girth routine.
I think what ever I'm hitting is my bread and butter.

Awesome a reply from DLD!....I have been applying srt since I read about it.I plan on buying the SG as soon as I have some extra cash.I kicked underwear to the curve 2 weeks ago seen as You are from Boston and you do it,and I'm from Meriden CT(close to Hartford) the cold wont be a proplem.I use a cock ring after my girth work but I need the sg for after my stretch routine.
I just read up on that http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...se-Your-Length-with-DLD-Expressive-Stretching thread and it explains everything for me.I have been doing pe for 7 months and I have gotten gains but mostly bpel.My measurements are 7.3 bpel and 6.3 nbpel with a inch difference.I think this stretching along with dieting and cardio will get that 1 inch out of me or at least some of it.

Damn Dld I had like 3 paragraphs written and for some reason they never posted.But thanks and I have been doing srt for 2 weeks so far.I don't use underwear no more seen as you live and bean town and I live in Meriden CT the cold shouldn't be a issue.

30 mins to 45 mins daily is enough time for length work but you won't make much gains if you are spending 45 mins using the SG daily. Buy the length master and use it for 40 minutes daily. It will give you more than 3 inches in length gains.
