I've been using the Bathmate for a total of about 6 months. My routine is very simple. I'll do 3 sets of 10 min or 2 sets of 15 min or 1 set of 20-35 min or some sort of combination along those lines. My pumping sessions usually last for no more than 35 min. So far I've gained a solid .9 inches putting me from a BPenis EnlargementL of 6.5" to almost a BPenis EnlargementL of 7.5" with my girth staying basically the same!!!. So pretty much I gained (length only) from using the Bathmate alone for 30 min a day. I would have put more time into my routines but between school, work, and the gym I can only fit my Bathmate sessions in.

My erection quality in the Bathmate is always between 85-100%. Now I want to try to some different techniques for working my girth and put length in the backseat. I was thinking I could buy some Viagra and try it in combination with the Bathmate. I don't want to get "addicted" to Viagra so I'm thinking I'm gona do a "4-week cycle" in conjunction with the Bathmate. What are some good manual workouts for girth? I currently picked up downward stretching and the __________ stretches. Thanks in advance.
 
Try doing clamping sets with your Bathmate routine. That's awesome you gained length from it. I have a very hard time gaining length

I picked up a cock ring at the sex store and I'm gona try using it with the Bathmate and hold off on the Viagra for a bit. So this will be like a combination of clamping and Bathmate at the same time right?

And yeah its weird that I gained length with the Bathmate. I thought I was gona have trouble with length too but I guess not. I'm having some trouble with girth though, which sucks ass.
 
I'm having trouble gaining in both! Only gained 1/8'' in girth in 2 months.

Erect bends before Bathmate works great for me. CAUTION with bends but if you've tried them before, give it a shoot.
 
Adding in some intense manual girth work in a superset senario will really step up expansion.
 
^^^Exactly. Superset Bathmate with slow squash jelq. Do Dan Clizer's 6x6 method. Your a great length gainer and a bad girth gainer. Just have to work that much harder man. Your gonna need more time. Even just ten minutes more or do a second set later before bed. A clamp on while working out helps with blood flow and holding the shape. You didn't say how much time you put in length wise. You said you cut that out for now. That's good for girth problems. Fill us in on how much extra time that will give you so we can help better. What type of scheduling, time between classes, when your off, you know?

I ve been really busy lately and had to take a week off :*( I started back up yesterday though. Did a Bathmate session with the cock ring on and got some good expansion. I plan to pick up either the superset or Dan Clitzer method. I ll look into them soon when I get a chance. In total my Penis Enlargement workouts will be about an hour long with focus on girth.
 
Ok haha I'll do the superset, but I am having trouble figuring out what that is exactly. I ve tried searching "superset" but haven't found anything. Is superset a specific exercise or any exercises coupled together? And if it's any exercises coupled together, which ones would benefit me most when it comes to girth? Jelq, downward stretches, __________ stretch, etc?

This slow squash jelq, how do you do it? It looks he's trying to bend it in half? Or is it squeezing and bending? Really confused here..

There's a video on how to do the SSJ. I tried it, maybe I wasn't doing it right but felt too much pressure/tension and stopped.
