Well, I've just recently figured out something that might help me get girth gains. After making my clamping routine more intense, i began getting 1/8 inch more post-clamping expansion (after taking the clamp off, 5 mis jelqing, then measuring). Now this 1/8 i get is after my 3rd 10 minute clamp session, so its about 45 mins into my workout.

My question is this. Now that I've gotten that extra 1/8 of an inch after 45 mins, is it in my best interest to do exercises while I have that extra expansion for more gains ? B/c i've been quitting after that 45 mins b/c after 3 sets of clamping, i feel thats enough. Any comments on if i should do more exercises w/ this expansion are helpful if anyone knows.

Fatal, fatal error. You said it yourself "i've been quitting after that 45 mins b/c after 3 sets of clamping, i feel thats enough." That is enough. If you want to adapt an ADC sort of thing that may help, but it isn't necessarily going to skyrocket your gains. It sounds like you are pushing into overtraining, which will, excuse me, i mean WILL NULLIFY YOUR GAINS.

Good luck guy.

Alloy, I dont think you understand. My routine is 5 mins jelqing, 10 mins clamping for 3 sets of that. Thats in no way overtraining. I've just recently done more intense exercises in the clamp that have allowed for this extra expansion. I know myself well enough after clamping since August that this will not overtrain. I can tell when I overtrain: decreased erections, and decreased girth. When that happens, I step away. I've been trying to figure out the perfect girth routine this past month or two b/c i havent gotten any gains. At last, i feel this new routine will do something for me.

My question was really, after getting that extra 1/8 inch (quarter inch total post-clamp expansion) will doing manual exercises after this help with gains, or can I just stop then.

I don't clamp, but I do manual exercises, I have noticed that after a session I can manipulate my expansion to about .25 give or take. It normally takes place in the shower after I've washed all the vaseline off. I stay pumped for much longer since I've been doing this as well. I also take the extra girth and use it as aditional skin expansion time. I think you can make good flacid gains using post girth work squeezes while having about a 50-60% erection. I do short jelqs, and I get asweoms hang after these. try it and see what you think.

It's hard to say whether more temp. expansion would indicate better gains in the long run. Because of swelling and fluid build-up you don't know what is true expansion as people have said before.

Try going by how it feels during and after the workout. Let's say during your girth workout you were intensely squeezing, and holding while you could feel the tunica stretch and feel the burn set in. Then after the workout it feels slightly sore, and if you try to pull it straight out you feel the soreness throughout the shaft. I think that would be a much more reliable indicator of a good workout than measuring expansion.

I tend to think some fluid retention is good, since it will help stretch the skin which is the first limiting factor. You really just have to know your body, know your signs of overtraining, and use these as a guage for your workout. You are the only one who knows if another set is good for you.

It's a hard call, esp in girth work.
I am in the middle of a week of "shock treatment" to try and get past this plateau I have been on. Next week I will go back to a normal routine of clamping for 2 sets and pumping for 2 sets.
How long have you been doing the routine? If you it's been a long time, maybe you can add a set or change up the routine. Just a thought.

I know what you mean Smallguy44, But I dunno the answer and indeed no one here will cos it aint been realy explored before.
I'd say give it a shot.....you can only try it, and I DO NOT think the routine your doing now is overtraining your penis.

Well....
I tried it last night....
Warm Up
Newbie Stretches
2 sets of 10 min clamp
300 jelqs
Warm Down.

It's been 24 hours now... and it is no longer painful to walk.
I would say.... that was too much. lol
I lived. But won't do that again.
Just my experience.... but then again... I'm fresh at this too. lol :)

If you just started pe'ing in November, then please man, stay away from clamping. I pe'ed for 3 months before I picked up a cable clamp. There's no need to start using one yet.

I was going to say "That wasn't much of a workout, really" but then I saw that you're a relative newbie. Stick with the manuals for girth for a while and then add the clamp.
