Perhaps this is a nooby question, but it's coming from a nooby person with a damn 4,75 incher, what can you expect? ;)

DLD's workout looks like it has success stories and although it looks overwhelming, I might give it a shot. I don't expect dedication to be a problem, but I notice that specific equipment is mentioned for the routine.

Can you do DLD's workout without any equipment at all?

The Newbie Routine is only a manual routine, no equipment used. Equipment started to become popular as MOS when the PowerAssist was created but any equipment that is used in a DLD/MOS routine is based on manual exercise, the equipment is used to speed the process greatly. I have been 50/50 on equipment and I am a big believer in using all the technology available, plus this is my job:) Peace of mind should come with the understanding I gained 2" in length and a half inch of girth using the Newbie Routine and nothing else.

You're going to love it dude , at first it's goign to seem to hard to gain but once you finish the first week ou'll get used to it .

My length has increased in 4 weeks after just checking it , my girth is growing also .

I was 5-6inches before i started now I'm 7" .

Excellent gains my friend! You sound like me when I first started, the length just kept coming. Keep up the good work and thanks for the inspiration!
 
thanks for the replies! I love how the workout seems pretty straightforward. simplicity is best in most cases. still, some things are not clear to me:

1) "Behind the Cheeks to the ......... for 30 seconds", what does 'behind the cheeks' mean with stretching?
2) How can one stretch their penis "behind the cheeks to the center"? I would think the center already is the neutral place.
3) "Straight down" stretches are done by holding your penis downwards and then moving to the specific direction, right?
4) What is the difference between all the rotary exercises? I see straight down, straight up and straight out, but doesn't a rotary exercise already involve all 'corners'?
5) How does one warmup without equipment? I see equipment like Baby Powder getting mentioned multiple times.
6) I'm confused with the Jelq exercise, but judging the description, it looks painful and easy to do wrong (negatively affecting the penis). What happens when I don't do those exercises?
 
1.Stretch the penis back behind your bum
2.I think this means stretch in the middle and do the rotaries.
3.Stretch the penis down.
4.But you need to stretch these ways anyhow.
5.? the equipment means Length master,extenders,Power assist use baby powder for better grip and warm up with a warm towel.
6.Its hard to get jelqing wrong just don't be erect and use lube if you don't do the jelqing exercises you might not grow as fast but everyone has a different opinion on it.
 
Please read the Newbie Tutorial, this will answer most of your questions. People really need to research these threads and do some of the research yourselves.
